    Are there any sneaky, hidden things they may put in a contract? I wamt to purchase a new build but they are already completed, some since 2022. I am aslo becoming an agent for the sole purpose of getting the commission. I did hear to waive the commission and ask for a seller credit. I just dont want the builder to get one over on me as a new agent buying my first home
