How I love seeing all the 60s and 70s retro ads and makeup products we had back then. I worked in a local drugstore all thru HS so I really remember. One of the things I miss the most was some of the nailpolish colors that don't even come close these days. Great nudes! They don't make them like they used to. The fake eyelashes really crack me up, was never into them but did do the individual clusters, so much more natural. Thanks for the Sharon Tate tutorial. Surprised no one is asking for Twiggy!

You are amazing. I have always tried to do sharon tates eye makeup I am in my early 60s grew up in that Era. To me she was and will always be an icon. And the most beautiful woman. To this day with all the plastic surgery these models and actresses do cannot compare to her beauty and class. Such a tragedy. But she lives on to this day with your generation and her sister with the makeup tutorials and books because she left her mark in our hearts and minds to be as beautiful inside as she was on the outside

You are spot on I have seen many tutorials on her makeup but not only to do replicate perfectly you really end up looking almost identical I did try at one time the Maybelline eye brow pencil but I didn't like the feel of it across my eye. I have been using shadow with a thin angle brush. I ordered the two faced eyeliner and the eyeshadow palette 🎨 😍 I'll let u know how it works out

This is the best ever, most accurate Sharon Tate make over, it’s up there with the girl called Aly Art on here who did Madonna both are breath taking, amazing talent both ladies.
Very interesting and creative way you mimicked "Sharon's" eyes! You really have an eye for detail and analyzing how someone applies make-up. I do think, though, the eye make-up could have been "blended" and softened just a bit so it is not so contrasting and stark. Also, the brows should have been made to look thinner and lighter with perhaps some concealer on outside edge and skipping the dark make-up on the actual brow itself. Otherwise a great job!

Also I loved Margo‘s portrayal of Sharon in the movie. But I think if they had copied the same look on her that you just did, it would have looked so much more accurate. I feel like they made Margot‘s hair too blonde in the movie. Sharon had ash blonde hair. And in real life Sharon also had very beautiful light brown eyes like the contacts you’re wearing. Also I loved Margo‘s portrayal of Sharon in the movie. But I think if they had copied the same look on her that you just did, it would have looked so much more accurate. I feel like they made Margot‘s hair too blonde in the movie. Sharon had ash blonde hair. And in real life Sharon also had very beautiful light brown eyes like the contacts you’re wearing. Margot just wore regular darker brown contacts. Girl you need to work on movie sets!
