Do you have to have played at a decent level? I haven't played in years but am still in my 20s. But only played age group club rugby and school - is that enough?

I applied through China Rugby Recruitment and teaching English - can earn between £2k and £4k per month depending on which position you get and how many private classes you do. And cost of living is extremely cheap compared to UK.
