This villa was by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. It looks nothing like the video advertised. Upon entering, we were greeted by an overpowering stench from the toilets, which hadn't even been flushed. Despite asking the caretaker to clean them again, the issue persisted. The bathtub was filthy, with cement-like stains that the caretaker claimed were permanent. The shower heads were broken, and the bed sheets were stained, full of holes, and smelled terrible. It was clear the light switches hadn’t been cleaned in years. The food plates were chipped and stained, and the sofa had a hole with a nail sticking out, which injured my husband when he sat down.
Additionally, access to the pool is locked after 7 p.m., essentially confining guests to the villa, with only the main door available for entry or exit. No music is allowed after 10 p.m. as the property is located next to a temple. Overall, this villa was a major disappointment, and I strongly advise against booking it.

Please dont book....we booked for 8th & 9th July by paying 22000.....11000 while confirming & next 11000 they followed up on 1st which we paid & after paying they called in next 15 mins after final payment & said we have made a mistake...how is it possible & there is another booking...

Don't book it guys it's not worth it. Complate scam. This place is completely inhabitable. The bathrooms were so dirty and bedsheet stains in all rooms. And the leakage almost everywhere. Worst decision we made.
I've heard some really horrible reviews about this place post our visit and i'm extremely disappointed to hear them, but how much ever it makes me want to delete this video, i wont be able to do it since our efforts & hardwork were 100% genuine and it will be unfair for us to lose on our content. As a precautionary warning we have mentioned in the desciption and pinned comment that people wishing to book this place should read other peoples feedback as well and then take a call. Sometimes how much ever we try, providing you the best service is not in our hands and hence we are no more promoting their stays anywhere on our channel, instagram or stories. Hope you understand. ✌🏻

hi i wish i could but monsoon is a peak season and hence all villas near Mumbai are pretty pricey on weekends, i can suggest a villa under 7k budget but it can accomodate maximum 3-4 people ✌🏻
