I so appreciate how thorough this review is! I have all 3 of the Glaminatrix Glimmering creatures bundles and love them, but I'm glad I didn't pick up this bundle, I would have been SO disappointed
What I love about Glaminatrix shadows in general is how forgiving they are on mature lids. That smoother, glimmering texture is not as exciting and impactful as say, a Terra Moons extreme multichrome but I sadly have to admit now that the more subdued, sophisticated finish is more flattering on my lids and don't emphasize any texture. And as a student midwife, the Glaminatrix shadows are much more appropriate for work.
Yessss a hottie Hannah video ❤ I watch everything you post and have no problems with these videos at all, truly some of my favorites! It’s impressive actually, I’ve attempted a couple eye swatch videos after being inspired by you to try that on myself and oh my god did they burn! I was like how do the eye swatch girlies do this 😂 but I trust you and your opinions and it’s rare I disagree with you on a product, if anything it’s because of color preferences not texture or quality wise! so even if you were to review makeup more frequently (or never again) I absolutely would still watch every upload haha. I also genuinely have a good time every single time I’m chilling at home with a cup of tea watching your channel ❤ you always crack me up! And I love how you describe makeup, it’s so fun watching these. we love you lady! So nice to see your beautiful face back on my feed again 😊 hope you had a great summer, Hannah!
Hanna I too have been tempted to try these. I remembered something Riley said. That ALOT of TM shadows can be sheered out. Like Rubidium Palladium when a little is applied with a fluffy brush. I finally tried it and it beat glaminatrix rivaled shine by SD similar shades. I tried it with TM original iridescent collection and I got the sheer sparkly colored look too. $8 shadows I already had. The shine by SD shades are more than double that price point. I know you buy things to review. But in this economy I can't afford to buy many $17 shades like I used to. Thanks for the review. I always trust you're honest content.
I got three of these to see how they compared with the SBSD shades and i totally agree!! They aren't bad, but i 100% prefer them sheered out. I wore them over a matte on the lid and much preferred the sheered out look that way. The SBSD versions are much more sparkly and better imo!! But also agree that you only need like 2-3 max in the colors you like since they end up looking kind of similar.
The crazy sparkly girl 😂 literally so relatable. “at least not in the beginning” lmao I love you!! These shadows are so gorgeous. I want to try Glaminatrix! I wanted their nearly natural palette and was so sad it got discontinued before I could get it!! These look wicked pretty, I’ll have to try them at some point. I just ordered two freaking Natasha Denona palettes for my MUA kit but luckily I stocked up on some touch of glam shadows over the last few months so I still have those to play with! I’ve been leaning more neutral with makeup lately during my early mornings and I’m sure once I start doing bridal makeup I’ll likely keep doing that since I don’t have the brain power to come up with colorful looks at 6 am 😂 but I still need fun colors in my life! Always on the hunt for good indie neutrals though. I will definitely have to try this brand at some point since they have some gorgeous ones 😍 ps I ordered The Koosh Era from TOG after seeing your video! So excited for that one!!
I enjoy all of your videos, including this style. Thank you for the honest feedback I think we’ll all come to expect from you and for your thorough work! No new outstanding orders??? I’m waiting on my latest one from Electrum and thought you might have mentioned ordering from them recently, as well. If so, I definitely request a video like this on your impressions 👍
I bought this collection too and I really am not feeling it either. I'm just going to use them for layering but like.... I know there's just other shadows I'll reach for more though. So it might have been a waste of a purchase for me.
I think Glaminatrix shadows are simply over priced for the look they give. I just want bang for my buck, and I was highly disappointed with the Glaminatrix Nearly Neutral palette everyone went gaga over for how expensive it was.
Im so glad you reviewed these shadows. I have been very curious but now not so much. Thank you Hannah.
I was super interested in these bc the swatch pics r so good but now idk

I’d like to see a video showing which shades from your collection you’d pick over these.
You are the freaking best, Hannah!! 👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you for sharing! 💜🌻
Thank you for sharing how you really feel!
Yay! I've been missing your videos. I binge-watched your videos a while ago, so I feel like I ran out of content.

Same. I spent so much on that and then was underwhelmed. It was also a lot warmer than I thought it was going to be.
@louibeans Yes, and there was oil leaking from the shades..I know it's not a big deal but that just grosses me out.
@@tiffanykennedybeauty Right there with you. I'll stick with Shine by SD, love their multicolored sparkly shadows!
I have one glaminatrix shade someone sent me because I HAD to try it. It’s like terra moons in my opinion. 🫠
