Glad you liked it! Great video 👏
I’m about to coat my very first screens and I’m using Baselayr Long Lasting Emulsion. Thank you for making this video!
NICE - Thanks for sharing.
Ryonet is smart. You make great, easy to watch videos.
If I ever make an emulsion. I'm sure I'll send one to you as well. LOL
Yay! Send me all the emulsions lol
Great video. Very informative. How much distilled water did you add to the diazo?
The instructions were a little vague, but I started off by filling the bottle 3/4 of the way full and that seemed to be enough to dissolve it, so I just went with that.
What was your exposure time ?
Good question, I guess I forgot to mention that - I landed on 3 minutes for the 160 mesh, 3min 20sec for the 110 mesh.
@@joshisterrific lol... I hear ya! Thanks. Built a exposure unit. Getting 10 second burn times. Photopolymer emulsion though. On my old unit diazo was bout 5 min. Have no idea on this new unit. How would I get up with u outside of yourube? Would like to get that film positive with the halftones in it. Just 2 c what this new exposure unit would do with that type of halftone. Thanks for the info.
@@Dtag1971 dang 10 seconds is great! You can find me on instagram @prntscrnscreenprinting, feel free to DM me there.
This is what I got! Any tips let me know lol 😅
Wow 10 seconds to expose that's quicker than using the sun of the best of days.
I don't think Josh likes stickers
