I like the second house at best! It doesn't have beach view but it is next to a river! Have relaxing jungle view, a pool and wayy under budget! Small but still have two bedrooms, perfect for 1 person! Guess it's because I'm an introvert 😂

Plus there's people all around how would it be hard to meet people that was just silly. His new place probably doubled in price now pv is really expensive now from all the gentrification.
