Hello! We didn’t do rehearsal at the city hall. We just discussed with the officiant the order so she can introduce us using the mic before we had the entrance hihi she included it in her script. happy to help

Hi! If I remember correctly, we told the City Hall staff about the musician when we were signing the contract. We also mentioned at that time the chairs that we were gonna rent.
Aside from hiring the harpist/violinist from their designated list, I’m not sure but I think you need to give them a heads up since it’s business hours and people are working. Try calling them or sending an email. I remember they respond quickly. Congratulations! 🥂

If you rent the rotunda, does it become private or do people still go in and out?
Hello! Per their website:
Our Two-hour Wedding package offers the occasion of exchanging vows on the Grand Staircase of the Rotunda surrounded by family and friends. This $5,000 package is offered on Saturdays only, with the earliest ceremony beginning at 9:00 am and the latest beginning at 12:00 noon. Visit our Two-hour Weddings page for more information.

How much was the total cost for Wayfare tavern?
Hi! Total was $3,130 (including 6% SF Mandate, 22% admin fee, tip, & $300 room fee, wine, bar drinks, family style lunch, 2 kids menu, and 1 vendor meal). :)
Room price was given last December so it might have changed. You can call them or email

@@rizzliz8101 not at all! 24 adult, 2 kids, 1 vendor meal (photographer). It also depends on the season. I remember they have different rates. Wine and cocktail drinks was $600, included in the total. There’s a minimum amount you need to spend in food & bev. Unfortunately, I can’t access their link anymore.
