- 🔴 Santiago, also known as Santiago de Chile, is the capital and main city of Chile and of the Santiago Metropolitan Region, of which it is also the geographical center and whose population is concentrated mostly in the city. Located on the banks of the Mapocho River, Santiago was founded by the Spanish Pedro de Valdivia, under the name of Santiago de Nueva Extremadura in honor of the Apostle Santiago, thus becoming the capital of the Governorate of Nueva Extremadura, in the 16th century. Soy de Curico y al llegar a Santiago hace unos meses fue horrible para mi ver los inmigrantes vendiendo comida , durmiendo en las calles , orinando en las plazas , una pena

Hoy en día para abril/mayo del 2023 siguen utilizando barbijo en las calles? Me sorprende. En Argentina ya no se usa prácticamente en ningún lado
Esta vez no fué por Covid. Hace unas semanas hubo un brote de 6 virus tipo influenza en Chile y estaban muriendo niños, por eso la gente optó por usar mascarilla, además de eso permitieron que los escolares salieran a vacaiones de invierno antes de la fecha normal y ahora ya no hay virus ni gente con mascarilla. fue algo puntual de la estación.

salvo en los taxis o algunas fachadas, santiago se parece mas a Mendoza si hablamos de una ciudad argentina por estar cerca de la cordillera, el paisaje o clima es parecido en invierno por ejemplo cae nieve en zonas de la ciudad etc.., en buenos aires una vez a las miles cae nieve

@@mariadf7215 B.A. una ciudad que se quedó pegada hace 30 años atrás.....estuve de pasada hace unos 3 años y me pareció en franca decadencia ....estuvimos en puerto madero que era lo mejorcito....el paseo no lo hicieron por los lugares turísticos precisamente...
@@mariadf7215 soy santiaguino y conocí buenos Aires hace 10 años atras pero no considero que Santiago se parezca a Buenos Aires, Santiago es más parecida a una ciudad gringa y Buenos Aires a una ciudad Europea de 1920
