Hi, here's a macrame sunshine coaster tutorial for you.
These coasters are easy to make at home and can be a great home decor and a great Christmas / birthday gift for loved ones. This tutorial includes all the steps to make these macrame coasters .

Materials :
-3mm macrame cord, a measuring tape, scissors, pins, a piece of cardboard
-1 filler cord * 35 inch
5 working cords * 30 inch
11 additional working cords
( 30 inch, 28.5 inch, 27 inch, 25.5 inch, 24 inch,
22.5 inch, 21 inch, 19.5 inch, 18 inch, 16.5 inch, 15 inch)
16 additional cords * 12 inch

➡️Cord used : 3mm single strand cotton macrame cord
- 1 filler cord * 35 inch
- 5 working cords to start with * 30 inch
- 11 additional working cords
( 30 inch, 28.5 inch, 27 inch, 25.5 inch, 24 inch, 22.5 inch, 21 inch, 19.5 inch, 18 inch, 16.5 inch, 15 inch )
- 16 additional cords * 12 inch
I used total 16 working cords for the round part, so you end up with 32 working cords to make 8 triangles.
⚠️That's the measurement that worked for me to minimize the waste of cords.
If you make this piece for the first time or you are using a different kind of cord (3-4 ply or thicker), please give yourself a few extra inches in length.
