Why not make you posts higher so that you can use the space underneath as a car park? and potting shed may be at the lower end or a long tool bench or half and half. You could use glass on the front part so that the sun would get in. and start off your plants in the springtime.
It's high enough I can fit even a bigger 3/4 ton truck under just fine(although it's too long and sticks out the back), but because of the angle cars fit under just fine. I have other plans for under so don't want to close it in, as it would prevent using it for what I need. All good ideas though!
