Hi chummies! Finally the awaited Rue Cambon Chanel unboxing. It was my very first time shopping in Paris. I still can't believe I was able to get a bag from THE chanel store. Super unplanned. But so soooo happy. If you guys didn't know, if you shop at the original/oldest Chanel boutique then everything you get comes in the white packaging.
I'm going to make this into a little series in three parts: the unboxing, the vlog, and the explanation! So please stay tuned for those videos.

Excited to see the rest of your Europe series! I’m going to Paris next month and am trying to prepare but still can’t make up my mind on my purse wishlist! Too bad you couldn’t find the Micro d-joy in the latte color, that one is also on my wishlist but I recently tried on the cloud blue and it was stunning!

Also, like you, I didn't like the Chanel 22 at first but then I kept seeing it pop up and seeing Jennie (BP) wear it too, I really like it now. I actually like the slouchiness and casual look of it. Gorgeous 22! I’m currently in Paris and I went to the Rue Cambon location today with the intention of purchasing a classic flap wallet, which I purchased. But also walked out with a small 22 bag too 😂. I got the 23A brown bag. I’m completely obsessed with this bag.
The 22 is a beautiful bag in real life. The mini one is adorable and its so pretty in white and I’ve heard many people say they’ve had a great experience with no quality issues with this bag. If you love the bag its all that matters. My first Chanel flap bag in the jumbo size was from the Rue Cambon store and it was so memorable. Chanel prices are so expensive it’s true, but I haven’t had any quality issues with any of mine and I dont plan on stopping shopping Chanel. I’m waiting for a white coco handle in the perfect shade of white since it is caviar, and for white I definitely want caviar. Happy 30th bday dear! I’m glad you are content with your Chanel collection for now. And definitely use it this summer!

You rock the Chanel 19 babe, small in white and gold lettering is the best combo in my opinion. Great choice!!! I believe the "defects " are part of their early launches. Michele's bag in tan and also size small has no issue and so are some others ladies I know. ☺️🥰🤗

I love the bag and it’s so functional. Some UA-camrs complain about the leather quality but I don’t have any problem with it I’ve been using it for 5months now
See the reviews that I have watched so many people love it and don’t have the issues that some other people have! So many the first batch was just bad 😅 but yayay for being bag twins 🥰
I clicked so quick when I saw this title, you put a big smile on my face! That bag does surprise me though, I had the same exact bag but just sold mine couple weeks ago, my issue with the bag is not quality, it’s the weight of it, I only put stuff I would put in a mini flap in this bag but the weight is hurting my shoulder so bad in just a few minutes, that’s why I had to sell mine… I’m happy for you though, it’s so cute!

Love love your bag. I’ve tried it on ad well and can’t decide between the black or white. White is my favorite but I’m so afraid of color transfer on top of the peeling on the sides where the drawstring area is. Like you I’ve watched so many videos and I so see that a lot of people have no issues or they do with the sides peeling. Love this bag. I ran track in highschool so I know exactly what you mean. Lol. But I knew if I got it, I would style it well. It just matches my vibe. Love that you love it and enjoy! I finally went for the one in black with aged gold hardware last week and it is the best! Congrats on your purchase. 💗💗💗 So far no issues. I’d also like to note that I went in stores last October to look at this bag, and there is a big difference between the quality of the ones I saw in October vs now.
So happy that yours has no issues! A lot of people have messaged me telling me that the “first batch” of the 22 when it first was released were the ones with the most problems but since then there haven’t been any problems even with people that have used it for over a year!
I went to Italy and Spain. I bought a Millie MCM bag and a Fendi Zucca Hoodie and the VAT refund was amazing loved it

I'm so happy for your new purchase 😍, as for me, I would not buy the Chanel 22, it's cute and very usabke but I don't see myself owning one, a bag similar to the 22 that I actually really want is the Loewe Flamenco in the regular size, I'm also planning in getting the Loewe donut chain strap to accesorize the bag and make it look like the Chanel 22, similar yet different.

It looks so nice on, I didn't like it either at first but my SA said you have to try it to love it and she was right!! I'm super happy for you! I got my cf cardholder in London on our trip. It’s easier to get it from Europe. I highly recommend you to get the lambskin cardholder. I compared the two leather side by side. Lambskin is 100 times more beautiful. I’ve been using mine for over a year (almost everyday), it still looks like new. Plus I don’t baby it at all.
I have a all white Goyard I have the nf in damnier ebene and I have a a few more white bags and I love them!!!

Hopefully your bag stitches won't go bad after a few use , really depends on the bag stitching quality. Overall a beautiful bag

Love both! Was there last August and as much as I hated the 22 at first, I actually prefer it more than the mini 22. (I felt the same about the black trash bags and the cheap gym bag). 😂 I am kicking myself for not getting it (there were so many colors--it was 4700 euros), and with VAT would've been a good savings. Anyway, I got one of the only 2 CFs in store (days before the huge price increase) & tote and 2 flat card holder SLGs. It was a hard choice --really wanted a mini top handle or a mini square/rectangular, but they had none. ☹️
How much was it? I'm guessing the price went up since I went. I love the white, yellow, beige, and pink. But white is so classy. Personally, I would probably spray with carbon pro (I have a white small CF I sprayed the heck out of). But not sure if the 22 has a glossy finish on it already, so maybe not necessary. The 22 is way more functional than a backpack, great choice! It goes with the white packaging...😊🩷
Imma let you live with your 22. I think Michelle Wang was the only positive review I've seen. When things start to grow on me, I tend not to buy it. I find I love the styling, and not necessarily the accessory. I really thought you were going to get the Dior bucket bag for a second there
