if d the cue ball was out of line the lady ref could have just warned raga or better during raga's break she could have called d attention of raga to correctly position cue ball. d call was harsh and it could impact d result of the game.and d call was subjective another person may have a different look of d ball position.

Mario played better than Shane but Mario could not control the cue ball on key shots and Shane benefit from it. Either way, it was a very entreating match.

How is it a foul on Raga's break in Rack 7?
Apparently the cue ball was over the line. I checked his previous breaks and they were all like that and never got a foul. Personally, I don't think it was a foul. Raga adjusted his cue ball position in his next breaks, well behind the line. Good on him, so he doesn't get unjustly called foul for that.
I looked at the reply again and again. The best view was the birds eye angle. Cue ball looked like it was definitely behind the line. I understand if it looks like its On the line. Like resting on it. Strange call

The rack 7 break foul was a big call that by the referee - On Raga’s previous breaks in Racks 1, 2 & 3, it looked like at least more than 50% of the ball was behind the line - Rack 7 was borderline 50/50
Thankfully it didn’t have too much of a bearing on the rest of the match
