For the lava lamp if you’re using an energy efficient or LED bulb they’re probably not getting hot enough. Those old incandescents get hot quick which made them good for lamps like this.
@@mrslonewolf1 this brought back a repressed memory of loosing a 1/4 square of skin from my elbow against an exposed bulb in a shadeless lamp. That skin fused to the bulb 100% lol
Hope! Thank you for the nostalgia trip!! I had a lava lamp in the 90's. You need to use a standard incandescent light bulb for them to work optimally, though. Led light bulbs don't produce nearly enough heat to work well. Incandescent bulbs, however, do get hot enough to melt the wax at the bottom.
Didn't they need to stnd still and kinda land after it been shaken when transsported? Becouse the fluid thst float around need to land and hold together after got shaken up in small parts

So many 2000s products I didn’t know existed. But, what really made me feel old is Hope saying she doesn’t know how to put a landline phone together. I still remember rotary phones and party lines. 😀😀😀
