    I have made a daily chore list of small basic chores that only take 5 to 10 minutes to do , yes I check them off . I find it leaves me more time for me .

    Hi Laura, I love your content and this video especially! One tip to save time that I can share is to place your social media app (FB, Insta etc) inside another folder on your phone so it not that accessible as just taping on it! I’m sure this tiny change saved me hours of social media 😅

    I now unload the dishwasher in the morning while my coffee is brewing. I am hardly awake and get it done. It’s nice because everyone has a clean dish washer to load after breakfast and things don’t get backed up.

    I do at least 1 habit day. If I feel up to it, I'll add something else. I do laundry on Fridays..if I have more than 3 loads I'll split it up into 2 loads in 2 days. I don't berate myself I don't get something done or quit. I even got the bf to make the bed during the week. Didn't ask either.
