When not to go out with your kayak - Witbank Dam - 02012021 !! 30 - 35km/h winds !!

With fishing on the brain and angling licenses in hand we headed to the dam with great anticipation to catch bass from off our kayaks.
We were fixed on going fishing and was not too bothered with the weather forecast and decided to take it as it comes.
We battled 30-35km/h winds for an hour before we decided to return to shore and fish off the bank. This did make fishing during the day challenging but it was an awesome day to be out.
