ok, i love the animation. but i do agree with some other comments saying that the live action stuff was also quite fitting for your humour and i rather liked it. i think it'd be perfect if you could somehow find a nice blend of irl segments and animated clips. namsayin?

PeJ I think what he could do is devote a character(s) to the animation style. For instance there could be a moment like when he barges into x developer’s office and it’s green screen him with an animated group. That could be fun

I personally think it would be nice if he could make a blend between the 2, but I don’t mind either
Rob, I always enjoy seeing your art, but I absolutely love your live action bits. I think this was a good experiment, but I think live action is the way to go. However, I think a few animated clips here and there isn’t a bad idea. I think when you do an animated bit with something, like for example the duck, I think it works well. It could also lead to more absurd comedy bits to help balance the live action comedy.

Love the new style of having animated segments of yourself. Allows for more comedic opportunities and worked really well here. Of course the live action segments are still pretty good so I'd understand if you didnt do the animated portions every video from here on out since I imagine it takes way longer to make

I really like the animated segments! Even of don't do it often, it is still fun to see you try new mediums to convey your comedy. Plus, your art isn't bad at all. It is actually really clean and soft :)

I really appreciate you making a new 15 minute video again for once. As much as I like the long videos, these are just nice to digest. (And I think they should usually take less time to make, though with all the amazing animation here that's obviously not the case)
Wow, this fourth episode of the Pokémon Sword & Shield review sure got zany! I never expected Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck would be guest Pokémon! Lol!
I, too, forgot about the monkey-collecting DLC.
Illustrated videos:
--More possibilities in the script (since you can basically do anything)
--Gives your channel even more of an identity (Not that I think that was ever an issue, but whatever.
Real life videos:
--Homemade charm. (Not that these don't feel homemade, but there is a charm in seeing you using purple puppet, putting together a crappily made penguin costume and Bear Grylls just being another you with an accent.)
--Adds to the humor. (While the animated style brings more possibilities to the script, I think it's funnier when you're actually doing those things. Like stepping into the shower with cold water, walking out of frame naked, running down the driveway screaming etc.)
In my opinion, I think both styles should stay, since they both have their strenghts and weaknesses. But hey. This is just some nice friendly feedback from your local humblepie.

I think the animations work really well! They make your skits flow a lot better, for one and for two they let you do a lot more stuff than you could in live action. Plus I'm sure they'll save you a whole $5 on costume budget alone!

I love the animated sections! I hope you can add them to new videos along with your live action segments without overexerting yourself. They do bring a nice charm

man, first video i watch from you and i loved it. You have such great timing and i love the animation, it's so dry and expresive. Reading through some comments, i see it's the first the time in your channel and you nailed it.
It's been so long that I've seen this game. I got both nostalgic and happy to see one of my favorite youtubers was going to talk about it. I feel like this is one ofthose things we experience as a kid and then grow up and think "Did this really happen"
I remember never being able to get past the casino level because the game would crash right before the minecart level. After I emulted the game I was able to beat it and realized it wasn't missing much

I think the best way to combine the live action and animation stuff is maybe do a lizzie McGuire thing where the animated version of yourself is it's own character that you talk and interact with whenever he pops up yo say something. Could be interesting and could lead to some really funny situations

the animation take on your videos was great, and had me laughing out loud at some points. but the live action fit your humor well and i personally would hate to see bear grylls as small cartoon man. but the wizard rapping in an animation would be amazing
I played this game so much as a kiddo. Went back to play it again as an adult and wondered why I loved it so much. That being said it still has a soft spot in my heart. A mushy mushy soft spot.
This is probably one of the games i played a lot surprisingly. So much nostalgia screams at me.

It was the first game I ever played that had ridiculous glitches, namely that the characters that would chase you and then do the button mash escape prompt (@4:52) would slide while chasing you like the tourists did in this video @8:36 (which was genuinely terrifying for me as a kid), and at the level shown @5:17 there's a glitch where you can make Daffy walk underwater.
Please bring back the live action videos. You’re so expressive and funny, and I would hate you putting extra time into animating just to forfeit this amazing way of expressing humor you have.
