    Made this the same day you uploaded the video! I used a bit different herbs and added dijon mustard when adding the tomato paste, didn't use worcestershire sauce. Basically just changed some details to my own taste, but it's your recipe in every other way Turned out really great, I would even say amazing! ☺️

    So I tried it with some substitues, I used mince and doubled the wine however the rest was unchanged and it was delicious this is going down in my mental cookbook thank you

      Guess you don’t understand flavour. And do you know what a ragu is and what it means? Literally means meat sauce. There’s many variations.

      It would depend if you’re adding salted beef stock. If your beef stock is high in sodium, no.

      Wine evaporates and kills the Alcohol, it can’t be substituted, if you’re doing it for religious or medical reasons don’t worry it will evaporate

    I’m sure this isn’t a bad dish by any means, but Bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce ??? lol what! Just call it week nite pasta or anything other than Ragu for God’s sake!

      Do you know what a Ragu is? It’s meat cooked in sauce. No specifications on what goes In the sauce. That’s clearly you’re opinion but you should broaden your understanding of these dishes

      @pdigi3179 I get what you’re saying but the example of which you’ve just given is completely irrelevant to this because the dish created here is a type of Ragu. Meat in sauce. If id called it bolognese then if agree I was wrong
