@@turbotrup96 Oh be quiet and stop trying to start stuff. Super is worse than DBZ, but still great and brought amazing things to the franchise (Ultra Instinct, canon Gogeta, created a better Broly, finally made Piccolo relevent, etc)
If it has true Cinematic Ultimates for all characters (not just cinematic intro cutscenes for the ultimates) and Beam struggles then this could be the best DB game ever.
And don’t forget less 1 button mashing. Db Kakarot was kinda cool but the combat variety was atrocious, especially when enemies would just have some dumbass superamor mid

@@singriioticstudios I know, which is why I said what I did. I hope they upgrade it past that obviously flaw and learn something from Xenoverse 2(which is by far the best in terms of fighting variety in the 3d arena db games)

@@nightmare5748 98. Played almost all db games and was playing bt3 a few months ago with my roommate. It’s a fun and great db experience with the best arena roaming in the series (arguably only comparable to rb2), but to act like the combat was flawless and not a 2 button masher is INSANE. It’s the same kind of game as the Naruto Storm games: best of their respective series and so fun but ultimately they got a trash basic ass combat. Xv2 wins best variety and combos on db ARENA games and it’s not even remotely close. The only other one that has a proper inclusion of combo like that and buttons for it are, again, Raging black and Battle of Z, one of the worst games. Hell, even Ultimate Tenkaichi tried to have more variety than bt3 but the mechanics were horrendous.
What I’m saying is that there is a lot BT4 can learn from the few great things xv2 had, especially when CLEARLY the old games have some super outdated game mechanics and gameplay.

Saw this in the Game Awards and I shit you not that's the craziest the chat went. It has been a little over 16 years since the last one came and we finally got a sequel. I hope the roster is insane, I hope they have online tournaments, I hope you can do 5v5 teams again, I HOPE FOR SO MANY THINGS! I can't wait and I legit haven't been this excited for a game in my life. I'm more excited for this than I am for fricken GTA VI!
GTA VI* which will probably be another excuse to sell you a trash online mode like rdr 2.

Now, this looks hype and promising BUT. I hope they remember one of the things that made Budokai Tenkaichi what it was is the number if Characters. Everyone from a normal frieza soldier to GT and Movie exclusive characters. I hope they don't forget that and I hope they don't put most Characters behind a paywall like they've been doing in recent years

I was eagerly waiting for this game from these past 16 years and now it got confirmed I'm so happy that I bought a ps5 Console just to play this game as huge fan of Budokai Tenkaichi series since PS2 era dragon Ball z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 that game is my all time favourite love every minute playing it on ps2 back in those days and it was my first game on PS2 and now this game will be my favourite give us biggest roasted you can possibly give to us we want this game for so long

I hope we get all the transformations and versions of characters in this game like Evil Borly vs Good Broly or a Saiyan Saga armor Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta vs Saiyan Saga armor Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta, and other Saiyan characters getting transformations that they didn't in canon like Super Saiyan 4 versions of Nappa, Raditz, Trunks, Gotanks Goku Black etc.. And More FUSIONS please!
