I love all of your video. But some just only have music. Why don't you put some voice instructions in all videos. Thanks

    Excellent video!
I have a question. Why does the meniscus have a blood supply? Or rather how? Isn't the meniscus made of fibroCARTILAGE and cartilage is avascular. Also, fibrocartilage does not have a perichondrium either. So is this specialised cartilage which HAS its own blood supply? Thanks!

Great Video! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched - Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (search on google)? It is a great one of a kind guide for learning how to fix chronic knee pain without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate at very last got astronomical success with it.

it is kinda lame structure, overcomplicated and still the range of motion is limited, no real side support, and beacause of its complexity the knee is prone to injury... who did this lame work???

+iuno777 ! the mobility and stabiilty(i.e balance and resistance to injuries) are inversely related... ALLAH has specialized our knee joint to left the whole weight of our body and to provide us stability and enough strength to help us in our walking, there is no fault in it...
