Lynyrd Skynyrd Shorts Episode 26 Lynyrd Skynyrd's earliest live recording 1970

Thanks to Jim Brown, who used to go around all of the venues around Jacksonville and use his reel to reel to record the upcoming bands. This is from the Sugar Bowl Teen Center in November of 1970, where he was set up in front of Allen's amp. Yep, a bit muffled at the start but as it progresses, we hear more and more of our favorite band. They are a bit rough but Allen appears pretty sharp and Ronnie's vocals get better as we get deeper into the song. Maybe he moved the tape recorder or something but it does get a bit clearer. Not perfect but all we got! Come along and enjoy!
