Worked in trucking back then and in the evenings slept on the kitchen tables overnight as we were also part of the security detail. Open stadiums or rodeo arenas in Arizona. Flies and mosquitos as big as B-29's and no one complained. Loved every minute of it and cherish those great and beautiful memories.
How beautiful is this recollection of younger days and warm memories. Dear brother, these will carry you through right into the new system when all will be accomplished here on earth!!! Agape💓
Thoroughly enjoyed watching your video...Memories...So nice to see the old photos. My husband was baptized in 1959 in Pueblo, Co. He attended the Pasadena assembly with his faithful mother. I was baptized in 1962 and attended the International assembly in Los Angeles. We also continue to see Jehovah's blessing. What a privileged crowd we are!
Yeah I was there at Yankee Stadium. I was serving at Bethel and we were assigned there. Also my local congregation was close to Yankee Stadium, was Courtland Congregation about 2 miles from the stadium.
My mom was baptized in Detroit, Mich at another 8-day assembly in 1964, she raised four of us in the truth, still going strong, thanks to Jehovah.
First time I've seen this one, but I remember you telling me about the dust & the officials almost shutting you down. Thanks for this one Hank

Thanks for sharing such beautiful memories, how Jehovah's organization has grown.
