Some great tips there. I have not done much method fishing and never used maggots for bait on the feeder. How do you stop the maggots from squashing flat when you mould the pellets on?
Hi Chris. Because the maggots are dead and in between the layers of pellets they don't squash as much as you think they would. Have a go with them. One of the best hookbaits I think

So when you strike and hook one, do you need to take the line out of the clip?

Fishery pellets only here, they must dye them like woodlands that’s why the water is coloured 👍🏻
