How to Fish a Feeder Up Close and Personal!

I've had the pleasure of fishing for over 50 years and I'm still not and will never be able to say ''I know everything'' there is to know. And I'm very willing to pick up details and bits of info from numerous 'You Tubers' out there.

Hi mate, it’s an safe system so if your mainline breaks the elastic pulls through the feeder and comes free so fish doesn’t get tethered, it’s allowed at most venues

I struggle to cast accurately close in. Got snapped three times fishing the method up to an over hanging tree in a local match 8Ib line 8lb finer diameter hook length
I was peeved of would of had a win if i landed those fish. 🎣😭

A bunch of three stotz shots size 8 a foot then another foot from the feeder on the main line keeps that line pinned to the deck ,give it a go Mikey

I fish feeder at snake lakes and canal style. However elasticated is banned everywhere I fish.

The underhand lob to the far bank has always given me a few issues. I shall be practicing this when next out. I also liked the option of using softened 4 mls in the feeder as an alternative. Nice to see you occasionally using the far bank as a "tool" to get close to the edge. Nice one Mikey. Cheers
