GI started it's development in late 2016 meanwhile wuva started in mid 2022. But, go to watatsumi, seirai, dragonspine, inside the chasm, chenyu vale, enkanomiya, avidya forest, dirge of bilqis. Those are some breathtaking places excluding more in Fontaine and Natlan. Also, fsr 2 is not the best for Genshin in high settings, smaa is the way to go, if I remember correctly. Apply color filters to both, if any. Let the ambient music play. Only then can we say that the comparison was fair. But well, nothing too important really. Both game have beautiful worlds. They differ somewhat, and that makes it all the better.
Oh shillers since when you all grow up how genshin is cartoony you can't see the difference between anime and cartoon i usually sees people with good brain but when i look at wuwa fans i started to lose all the faith and hope
I want to have this environment without high settings and it can be in genshin but it can not be in wuwa. I mean that sometimes it is more important what picture will be on your own screen but not on highest settings.
Genshin Impact - Fantasy environment that lacks all most environment sounds, Less immersive. But text immersive 😅(only people who played the game can relate to this) WuWa - better visualisation environment plus immersive realistic environment sounds. The immersion is going to change your life 😭.
But thiis man turned off music in genshin. You always have music when u play in the game in any location. And i think that they could have special music settings for missleading.
@Houqizixiao but wuwa had music on the background in the video. And yes, it also has in real genshin but not in the video. I don't know why this man turned off music only for one game.
@Houqizixiao and yes music is also environment sounds. It's a game not a real life that why when you play you always hear some melody/music on the background. And as i knew and experienced wuwa doesn't have music for any location on the map. Sometimes u can play with sielence but it was also connetced with music bag/glich when music dissappered.
if you like anime style then Genshin is best pick, if you like semi realistic then WW is the best pick but Sorry to say genshin, your developer is LAZY AF
I think environmental detail is pretty good in Genshin some things don’t look good the worst part is the characters imo but grass/water and other things are not going to be anywhere near WW due to engine We’ll have to wait for WW 2.x but Genshin has a breath of environmental variety and world design even in 1.0 that WW couldn’t reach but WW got much better with Mt. Firmament so I am expecting 2.x to knock it out of the park
3:41 I used to think this area looks good because there's nothing to compare. But now it actually looks disgusting. The fact that the liquefied body of the previous Hydro Archon is there makes it worse lol.
If only genshin made the characters cel-shaded exactly like Zelda BOTW then it would've looked even better. WuWa didn't go for that style plus they're using UE4 that's why it looks better but in all reality both look good

idk why people fight over this. GI is built on unity 2017 engine while wuva is built on ue 4.0's latest patches. like these are two games from different eras almost. GI started it's development in late 2016 meanwhile wuva started in mid 2022. GI is over half a decade old, built on a very old engine and still looks very good. wuva HAD to look better than GI cuz it's literally a new gen game. idk why people make such a big deal out of it.
I mean when you have people saying the graphics in wuwa is dull bland and boring what do youexpect would happen? You gotta prove them wrong, right?
@@Prodigal450 those are hoyoshills. u would find them everywhere. and wuva also has some rabid fans. wuva's fandom also isn't exactly clean. but what i m saying is that genshin looking a bit dull has it's reason. it's not that the devs are lazy or anything. it's just that genshin is an old game now built on a old engine. people need to understand that.
@@oogwaythesussyturtle idk why it's like that honestly because PGR is on the same engine and was out since 2019, genshin came out in 2020. Also, I think most wuwa shills are originally from hoyo fandom that got burnt and burnt out.
Cant wait you for review rinascita
It's incredible how WuWa is insanely good in create etheric atmosphere, things like you were in a dream, a beautiful dream btw
Oohh~, wait for Rinascita 2.0 👀 🥳
What makes video games look beautiful is not the graphics. It's how they set up the scenery, so Wuthering Waves wins.
Even Infinite Nikki or NTE will destroy Genshin in graphics and gameplay. Unreal Engine mobile gaming era is coming.
Genhsin never make me wanna have pc ..but wuthering waves make me want the most amazing PC 😢. Sadly best mobile can't render this beauty
Whats the best mobile? Red magic 10 pro? It cant even with the snapdragon 8X Elite?
Ohhh but the inside of the church is so beautiful, when Rinascita drops I hope you compare the cities with each other
Rinascita will be more beautiful ❤️ Can't wait!!
Only if reshade had nvidia filter options 🤧
00:12… Water in the top… WATER. ON. THE. TOP.
Wait… why are there locations in GI that doesnt have a background music???
It stays silent for a few minutes before another soundtrack starts playing after the first soundtrack end. It has been like this since 1.0.
It seems that hoyomix's control of music copyright has some risks.
Sound like the person behind the vid did cut off the soundtrack and soundscape for some unknown reasons
I feel like wuwa is more life like, while Genshin just looks dead.
If by dead you mean "more like a painting" while WuWa doesn't know if it wants to be realistic or anime, sure.
There isn't anyone who can disagree that WuWa's graphics are by miles better in any way. It's like when you compare you old iphone from 10 years ago with the new one.
There’s of course clearly a winner here in term of quality, but gotta admit, Genshin still looks pretty good
I love them equally.
Wuwa really make you feel the depth of space
Can't wait for ray tracing in WuWa.
After looking at the wuwa graph on the maximum setting, it looks like my wallet and I cried in the corner of the wall
Kuro mostly cooks delicious, this time is no different, either. I still remember the first time I went to the black shores!
Cartoon colourful vs looks clean realistic anime 3D with blance color
Oh shillers since when you all grow up how genshin is cartoony you can't see the difference between anime and cartoon i usually sees people with good brain but when i look at wuwa fans i started to lose all the faith and hope
Wuwa graphics is insane even by any AAA standard.
Pls stop Genshin is already dead, its no necessary to humillate more 😭😭😭
I bet the comments are going to be real civil on this one lol
I can barely hear Genshin's Environmental sounds
good video but I think you should turn back and record the Narukami Shrine and not the teleport
2.0 Wuwa is getting ray tracing sooo this topic might be worth revisiting
Everyone is fighting for which game has better graphics, but nobody says how based is bro with waifu choices
I want to have this environment without high settings and it can be in genshin but it can not be in wuwa. I mean that sometimes it is more important what picture will be on your own screen but not on highest settings.
When you suddenly changes to genshin graphics, bruh... the colors maan, it hurts my eyes 🥲
Genshin Impact - Fantasy environment that lacks all most environment sounds, Less immersive. But text immersive 😅(only people who played the game can relate to this)
WuWa - better visualisation environment plus immersive realistic environment sounds. The immersion is going to change your life 😭.
But thiis man turned off music in genshin. You always have music when u play in the game in any location. And i think that they could have special music settings for missleading.
@makrice5675 environment sounds not music
Sometimes u can play with sielence but it was also connetced with music bag/glich when music dissappered.
if you like anime style then Genshin is best pick, if you like semi realistic then WW is the best pick
but Sorry to say genshin, your developer is LAZY AF
The problem is that Rinas is looking more like genshin than wuwa to me with allat colorful stuff. Hope I'm wrong
Bruh Yae looks like a child next to mommy Changli 😭
I think environmental detail is pretty good in Genshin some things don’t look good the worst part is the characters imo but grass/water and other things are not going to be anywhere near WW due to engine
We’ll have to wait for WW 2.x but Genshin has a breath of environmental variety and world design even in 1.0 that WW couldn’t reach but WW got much better with Mt. Firmament so I am expecting 2.x to knock it out of the park
Oohh, just wait Rinascita 👀
Wuthering waves sola
I like more mihoyo
Very impressive knowing it was out in 2022, also both game have a difference in their art style
3:41 I used to think this area looks good because there's nothing to compare. But now it actually looks disgusting. The fact that the liquefied body of the previous Hydro Archon is there makes it worse lol.
well genshin is unity and wuwa was unreal engine 4, the difference is make sense
I hate genshin's 3d models with every fiber of my being, but the world and it's graphics hold a special place to me.
1:59 what happened to Yaemiko? Why there's something like white sprinkle/confetti(?) around her upper body??
That's wet status u get hydro debuf when contact to water
If only genshin made the characters cel-shaded exactly like Zelda BOTW then it would've looked even better. WuWa didn't go for that style plus they're using UE4 that's why it looks better but in all reality both look good
5k woaah but I'm watching it in 1080p 😂
Actually, I don't see any problem with world design in Genshin. It's just the 3d model, exploration mechanism, and many other annoying functions that made me leave Genshin and switch to WW.
Se nota la mejoría de los juegos gacha segun pasan los años 😅 y lo que vendría en el futuro 🤤
This lad definitely had beef with genshin
Care to share your PC specs? Thanks!
Both are good the only reason is the different engine which makes them different from each other. Wuwa UE based so it's good and realistic, on the other hand Genshin is literally good considering as an unity engine based.
Stop putting it on the engine ffs, Genshin could look SO much better, but they are lazy and if you think that is not true, you are in denial...
@@AryaLux look I didn't say anything about good or bad. The fact both games are very good in their own art styles. Wuwa is an unreal engine based so of course it will be better compared to unity graphics.
Genshin is different because of unity. Excuse me I play both games so I know both are good in their own perspective. There is nothing in denial please be mature.
@@EizenAnazaki You are right, both games look good, I am sorry if my comment came off as aggressive or immature. What I meant to say is that Genshin had and still has the potential to look a lot better than it does and I hope that the devs will take initiative to make that happen in the future.
@@EizenAnazakiproblem is Unity can do really well too, like way better, personally to me Fontaine looked way better than Natlan, again it might be art style but it looks like it's lacking in details, they should upgrade older models and stuff now because after playing WuWa for a while Genshin looks really bland, I use filters to counter that issue but not everyone can do it so that's the issue
I'd like to say they have their own styles but yeah graphics-wise WuWa wins.
But at the same time, I only have a toaster so I won't reach that level o' graphics in WuWa.
Don't even need to compare to know which one is better😂
People in comments are so agressive
Those lilypads really tried to decapitate Yae
I personally like Genshin's cartoon aesthetics more. But holy shit WuWa also looks gorgeous.
wish genshin was also made in real engine 5 but would lag a bit on phones
WuWa was Made in Unreal 4, not 5
one thing i hate about genshin is how underquality their 5 stars are if you zoom into their clothes its so bad but wuwas you can see the texture of material in their clothes
How often do you zoom in on your characters while exploring or in combat? lmao
is there really not much environmental sound or background music at all in the genshin areas?
Where is the place at 07:45 in GI? Looks really good compared to everything else in the game. In fact it looks so good that Miko model feels outdated in that specific environment.
Fountaine main city underground maybe
It is in fact Fontaine's capitol underground section. Although there are multiple places in the game with similar architecture in Fontaine of course.
Wuwa > GI
