    Great session at the end ! Really put together a captivating story and film, beautiful venues throughout, and those bream at the end looked fantastic creatures, dark rich colors.

      Thank you very much, I really appreciate your comment! I have another video coming this Sunday about brown trout. Video was recorded over the last 2 years so some of the footage is not super good but hopefully helps to tell the story a bit.

    Awesome video sort of my dream freshwater fishing session just lots of big bream. I'm so jealous I've not been fishing in months because of my dads broken leg which means he cant drive me anywhere. This year I need to get some better fish as I've only caught one quality fish ever which was a mid double figure pike. You have two great channels keep it up!

    Nice tattoos man, Im from Latvia we have some beautiful lakes like that you visited. We call them forgotten lakes. Obviously in Latvian it's different

    • @NorlingFishing
      @NorlingFishing  5 місяців тому +2

      Thank you very much! We also call them kind of the same way :) I actually went to Latvia to Ape last weekend just to have a look at some of the rivers but all of them seemed to be no fishing zones.

    Amazing video, everything is just perfect!!! There is a lake that is around 3-6 m deep, and there is some pretty big bream, for the last month I wass trying to catch them, but didnt catch single one, I was casting at 5 m deep area, for the bait I used maggots and corn, for ground bait I used Traper Bream. Fished mostly sunny weather in daytime. Can you give me some tips or maybe I am doing something wrong?

    • @NorlingFishing
      @NorlingFishing  4 місяці тому

      Thanks a lot!! Look for the edge of that 5m hole and fish that. Also bream tend to bite best during evenings or mornings on natural lakes. At least from my experience. Try to adding maggots or cut redworms in your groundbait.

    • @lixwingyt8473
      @lixwingyt8473 4 місяці тому

      @@NorlingFishing Ok Ill try it next time thanks!!! What kind of groundbait would you recommend? Maybe you know some groundbait mixes that work for you, I would be very grateful for that.👍

    • @NorlingFishing
      @NorlingFishing  3 місяці тому

      @@lixwingyt8473 I mostly use sensas groundbaits but they are a bit more expensive than traper groundbait. I would say try generic bream groundbait from traper but add corn, pcs of worms in it. Let me know how did you do :)

    What is that tool called that you used for clearing the spot? Been searching for something like this for a while.

    • @NorlingFishing
      @NorlingFishing  5 місяців тому +1

      Hi, it is a reed/grass clearing scythe. If you google for example "clearing traper for reeds" it will give you some examples. They one that i had has quite a thin blade which started to bend after a few uses. Try to find something that is a bit more stronger. I don't know any other company that makes these but i bet there are more out there.

      absolutely awful i know! But no worries i got a landing matt for the next time. Also this was not a fishery but a natural lake where nobody takes care of the lake and you can take fish for cooking etc. Just some extra information.
