I urge some of the watchers of this video to buy a CO2 meter and begin developing first hand experience with CO2. It is one of the gases of life and it is unfortunately the gas most generated as we all became adults and began driving gasoline cars for our careers and life. Buying a meter and developing a first hand understanding of carbon dioxide, in my experience, really helps improve one's balance and moderation regarding what to do socially. These little molecules made up of one carbon atom and two oxygen atoms are difficult to operate on mentally because they are invisible to the human eye. The point to the CO2 meter is it gives you a kind of tangible experience. Like lining up little sticks to model arithmetic, the CO2 meter makes the abstract more tangible.
