I just got one, sounds pretty good for the price but I do wish the system beeps weren't as loud, it woke my toddler up all the way from the living room 😳 My whole point of buying it was to put on lullabies 😅
Thire are a number of things that could be wrong 1 check if you cable has a short meaning maybe the wire is broken,/ or maybe your charging port got damaged. 2 try to get a fast charger brick 5v 2A charger maybe your battery needs a little boost but I doubt it is broken,

Try to forget the device in your Bluetooth setting and repair
But after you forget the device in the setting select the new device and repair
