BMW 435i xDrive Gets Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe and WagnerTuning Evo 2 Competition FMIC

Hello, today I installed the aluminum Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe and WagnerTuning Competition Intercooler Evo 2. In addition, a quick unboxing of both products to highlight the high quality craftsmanship such as welds and finish of the material. They are both top notch quality products and fitment is 100% plug & play. On the other hand, I also give a brief run down of my first initial impressions while driving with the new hardware installed.

Why mix and match instead of buying both intercooler and charge pipe from the same brand ???

Did you install the Wagner Tuning N55 EVO 2 Intercooler after removing the entire front bumper? There is a plastic shroud in the way that can be cut out....or removed cleanly if you pull the bumper. The Wagner EVO 1 Intercooler is narrower than the EVO 2 Intercooler that might help avoid removing the bumper. The Wagner Tuning EVO 1/2 Intercooler + Evolution Racewerks Charge/Boost Pipes upgrade is the BEST F3x Intercooler Mod.

Nope did not remove the front bumper at all. The black plastic shroud underneath the vehicle where the intercooler sits can be pushed down and that's how I got the WagnerTuning Evo 2 competition FMIC to fit. I agree that ER and Wagner are top notch quality products!

installed yesterday on mine. Also an evo 2. Fitment was perfect not even removed bumper or trim pieces. plug n play

They did go picked evo2 over evo1? I’m also looking into buying this intercooler
