Basel, buy a new pan kasi nai- scrape na yong Teflon/not stick pan mo, nakaka cancer daw ganyan pag naihahalo sa pagkain. Buy a new one that doesn't scrape or use a stainless steel. Mas malinis kasi ang stainless steel kasi mas nakikita kung may dumi pa or wala na. You shouldn't hold on to your scratched non-stick pans. If the scratches are fresh, you end up with flakes of the coating in your food, which we is not really good.
