DADA was captain when kumle, sachin, darvid, sehwag, vvs laxman was palying for team india and how he handle such a pioneer great player with lot of pressure and simultaneously he was maintaining his well from it's not easy to do and dada stable the team and even after long time india tem arrived world cup final 2003. Dhoni is such a lucky person he got a stable team with no any controversy.

Well , Indian Institute of Management is one of my dreams and hell why do I not love to be a part of IIMian 's . This is truly one such amazing lecture that I have come across not physically and personally but still through a media , none the less . " Leadership is all about TRUST . " is absolutely majestic in itself when said by one such personality who did it , followed it and believed in it , his entire life . This one surely best describes the leadership skills that a leader needs . A leader is all in all different from a Boss in aspects that a leader always leads from the front , while Boss keeps on sitting on our shoulders all the time . Another beauty of the entire session was that amazing thing our beloved Saurav said and that is " You will get all what you put . There is no alternative to efforts . " I can surely say that I lost 1 and a half hour time of my studies , but I learnt what we truly call as MORAL . I learnt a lesson of my life that if in case , I become a leader , what I am suppose to do . Take a bow Saurav . Great Inspiration that you have given me will brace me my entire life . Thank you . It was really wonderful to watch you going absolutely all the place and still addressing in a way that could have been so difficult for any other . I must say , you have a great sense of humor . A true Champion !!

Dada is the real man of Management. Sourav Ganguly is one of the Greatest Captains in the World. He has got the experience of handling the Indian team in the past and he is a fantastic leader as well as an outstanding administrator. Right now he is the President of Cricket Association of Bengal which is the best example of his administrative skills. The BCCI will be highly beneficial by getting Valuable advice and accurate direction from Dada as far as administration is concerned, after all experience matters!!
Ironically he is now the Chief of BCCI.
I have loved watching him play & now hearing him speak is amazing too

Of late our dada has been selling the pride of Bengal to other provinces!!!!!!!!!!!! But how? It's like this : 1.) Dada removed 2 key spinners from 2015 IPL semis line-up to pave the way for Mumbai to reach the final out of his "love" for brother Sachin 2.) Dada's team conceded a goal against Kerala Blasters scored by some unnamed "Hume" in ISL 2014. I was in the stadium & saw how ATK nearly gave Kerala a walkover. 3.) As a return 'gift' Sachin stepped down from Pepsi endorsement for youth world cup soccer 2017 a few days back in favor of Sourav. Nice partnership, huh!

And what I mentioned is a possibility.I frequent to the area where your beloved 'dada' lives since I live in Kolkata. He has done nothing for his native Behala where he lives and operates from, almost daily. The roads are pathetic with open, stinking drains. And the Metro rail in Behala is 'being' build for the past 6-7 years rendering the roads almost inaccessible during monsoon.Had he been a real messiah he would have vouched on behalf of common man to the state govt. for speedy improvement of his locality which he hasn't done. It says "charity begins at home'. Arun bhaiya! be a fan ,fine, but never a fanatic since by that we lose our visibility. And the way you are attacking me with words like f*** etc., let me ask - are you being paid by to defend his image?!. This is ridiculous!....I have nothing against you so why are you so angry?!!... See how Mesut Ozil and Novak Djokovic donates for their countrymen!.....

If we call dada big , our expectations out of him shall also be big and that's natural.For example if he puts in a word about the the daily plight of commuters in Behala to the CM it is sure to draw much better attention than if the complain is lodged by a commoner. BTW sourav is a college drop-out so I wonder what is he doing in IIM! Secondly, it appears that cricketers are becoming medicine to all management problems in our country. This is hilarious!. Unrestricted hero worship MUST stop in our country ASAP to save the nation.
he was there to give a talk on leadership...because accept it or not he was a great leader indeed...Steve Jobs was a college dropout too...still he delivered a famous speech at stanford convocation ceremony which is very inspiring...!! Nd... your proposition about dada doing something about behala and its roads and drains is pretty stupid...he pays his share of taxes..as we do...Civic bodies are there..its their prerogative...they are lazy...its how things are in Bengal...some words from dada will not cut it..!!
