thousand island makes the Reuban, you dont have a Reuban sir. also prob have a teflon sammich with those steel tongs on that skillet.

@kirksides7504 Whirl is the brand. GFS Gordan Food Service sells it, but I think Criso sells one as well, but again, I've only seen it in GFS also.
