- How are the American people supposed to have confidence in the secretive FISA process if no one in FBI or DOJ leadership is willing to admit they were aware of serious flaws in a very high profile investigation?

I retired from the Navy with over 26 years of active duty. I did 14 deployments to the middle easy of at least 6 months or longer, 3 deployments was 2 weeks to 30 days. I was in Naval Special Warfare. If I had done anything close to being criminal I would have been locked up in Leavenworth for 20 years or more and my pension would have been revoked. If you doubt me google Chief Eddie Gallagher, they was trying to give him life in prison for what NCIS said was killing a ISIS member in Mosul Iraq in 2017. As it turned out in his court martial a medic allowed the prisoner to die. After he was acquitted of murder he retired from the Navy and the Navy tried to revoke his pension and only because President Trump stepped in the Navy didn't get by with it. These people in the FBI and Obama, Biden, Rice and the people in the CIA needs to face a court martial and if found guilty spend a very long time in prison for trying to over throw the president of the United States.

On October 6, 2020, DNI John Ratcliffe, released hand written notes by former CIA director, John Brennan, where Brennan briefs Obama that he sent an investigative referral to James Comey via Peter Strzok {Comey testified that he never saw this referral.} in regard to an audio recording of Hillary that was recorded by Russian intelligence. Brennan briefed Obama on “alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 28 {2016} of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.” That foreign policy advisor had to be SIDNEY BLUMENTHAL.
Hillary's motivation was to distract the public from her use of a private mail server. Brennan's referral to the FBI noted an allegation about “Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US Presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private mail server.”
{Remember in 2012, the committee hearing on Benghazi where US Rep. Trey Gowdy interviewed Hillary and we learned that Hillary had been on the phone for hours with SIDNEY BLUMENTHAL, so she was too busy to do anything. Also, Rep. Gowdy brought out that Hillary had sent thousands of e-mails to Blumenthal, more than any other person. Blumenthal held no government position nor official capacity, but was only her long-time campaign employee.} During Obama's presidency, he didn't trust Blumenthal, and had him banned from the White House.

I'm not an American, I don't live in the USA and have never visited the USA, so I struggle a bit with Senator Kennedy's accent. BUT I love his: "wonder how these guys made it through the birth canal"!!!!! I also wonder how a man with so little recall and such a faulty memory got to the FBI position he reached.
I keep hearing about all of the “Good and honest men and women in the FBI”, but nobody seems capable of pointing one out.

When I was a little boy in the late 60’s I remember taking a tour of the FBI Bulidings in San Francisco. I was in awe of the tour and the history of what the FBI has done! It’s so sad to see out politicians turn a great organization into a total joke. I feel bad for the honest agents who are living through this unsettling era of the FBI! I hope someone with integrity will take the helm and restore its once great repatriation. Until that happens. If the FBI showed up at my door asking questions, I would not talk without a lawyer present. Pray for American 🇺🇸

When I was young I had the FBI come over to my neighbors houses to check on me! I was in electronics in a trade school at that time! Both of my brothers served in the military also! If the FBI was so concerned about Flynn they should have given him a briefing. The nature of respect for the office and those who are populating that office, as Flynn was during the transition, demands that response. If they hadn't determined ahead of time they were going to attempt to trap him they wouldn't have operated in the way they did.

This interview demonstrates why I Eric Cyrus Liszniansky-Henderson have no confidence in the law enforcement agencies, nor in the 3 branches of the federal government, and I lost my confidence in the local, State, and tribunes of the United States of America.
When questioning of Public Officials -- hold out pair of hand cuffs -- as an example of what is coming next. The congress does not have any control of all the LETTERED departments, violating the Civil Rights of American Citizens. UNTIL the threat of being prosecuted for misdeeds, it will not change.
Maybe the FBI can investigate who within the department knew the information to obtain a warrant was false and when did they knew it.
