video ideas for you: whisper voiceover vlog, voiceover cooking video + eating and talking, the movie reviews like you mentioned, book reviews, or getting a book and reading a few first chapters from it. Textbooks or books on science, biology etc are good for ASMR too. with wikipedia reading videos maybe you could read a whole wiki article but split that into few part video so its not super long, and you get more videos out of it.
Idk if you already do custom videos but you could start those too and then upload them to yt so youre basically getting paid twice for the effort. just a suggestion its all up to you of course. Cheers
Hey man, love the videos. The only tip I’ll give here is on the chest press try to have those weights out more over your chest as opposed to your face. That way you’ll feel it more in the chest as opposed to the shoulders.
A powerful tip I have for losing weight is to find a sport/game you enjoy and do that for cardio. For me I play basketball and I can burn WAY more calories and exercise way more than I can just say on a treadmill because it’s fun and your brain is occupied. By the time I’m done playing with my friends I’ve run like 3-5 miles but if I try to run 3-5 miles just normally it sucks and I hate it.
Oh and another tip is to go on a hike and walk as far as you possibly can that way you are forced to walk back too. Lastly, track your calories accurately with an app and go for a 200-400 calorie deficit a day and weigh yourself daily, but make sure to track absolutely everything accurately because you can easily destroy that deficit with as little as one cookie.
Oh and sorry for writing so much but last thing I promise. Always remember that’s it’s always easier to just not eat the calories than it is to burn them off. You would have to walk 2 kilometers just to burn off the calories from 1 can of soda. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise
Despite what others may be telling you, all you have to do is 3 things. Reduce carbs, reduce sugar, and increase the whole foods. You dont need to be in a calorie deficit starving yourself. I think you need to check as well, if your medications you told us about are causing the start to all of the weight gain ! You do eat a lot of pasta but I have heard of the add it method which it seems like you are doing add protein so you will be full longer
@Simple5005 you're welcome. The first day of fasting is the hardest. You can greatly help yourself by getting some mineral drops without any sweeteners to keep your electrolytes up. Also having sea salt on hand can help curb the hunger pangs

My medication does cause weight gain, a psychiatrist told me that. Thanks. You’re right, need to add protein.
If you seriously want to lose weight, you need to either do a water fast or do keto(easy fasting)
