can someone tell me what is the difference between the ghawazee shimmy, the hagalla and the 3/4 shimmy.... the more I try to find an answer and the more I'm confused 🤔
The hagalla is vertical hip up down. (Also the 3/4 shimmy) The ghawazee is slight horizontally hip out, up down.
