Robotic affirming made me feel almost depressed. As I started to be more present in my reality and to write all my thoughts Morning and night I noticed that my reality is getting better and better. I used to complain about my loneliness and that I don't have friends... Now that I am present I clearly see that I am full of friends. That's incredible.
Its so funny how today I felt so frustrated because I felt like I “tried” anything but the only thing I didn’t do was to simply just let the manifestation just HAPPEN. It’s so crazy how much the ego will trick us with robotic affirmations or techniques and convince us that we’re doing something when everything manifests in this world naturally with no effort so you start to realize all techniques are kind of pointless. 🙃 The only way to real conscious creation is presence and allowing which is way less glamorous to the ego but a much easier way to live the life that you really want to live!
This is one of your best videos!! Passive manifestation is SO powerful. The problem people have is that it's not predictable and doesn't unfold on OUR schedule. But once you let go and let everything fall into place it's uncanny how much BETTER everything aligns and materializes than if it had happened the way you tried to force it to. Amy Westmoreland (Illuminating Joy) breaks this down in depth.
What I love about this video is that the chill vibe you give off is an embodiment of this principal on an energetic level. Embodying what it feels and sounds like to be the person that doesn't have to try it helpful. Everything is fractal. As above so below. Just decide what you want. Forget about it. Relax. Get busy with stuff you love and watch what happens.

I'm an incredibly lazy manifestor, but I get the job done. 😄 I affirm once that I'm grateful the thing exists, then I'm grateful for other people who have it or where it exists. I think about how I'd never know if this thing didn't exist, so I don't actually need it. When I feel very calm and there's no feeling of clinging, I forget about it and focus on having fun. I only visualize or affirm if it's fun and natural. I manifested that I never have to work for it, so it's always fun. Thank you for these videos, you're awesome. 😁💖
Haha, that’s awesome! A great way to go about it. Thats something I hope to make clear that I only touched on towards the end of the video but visualizing or the odd affirmation from a place of excitement/fulfilment or if it makes you FEEL GOOD is totally okay as its not causing any disruption in the flow of the mind. 🙏☺️
It's not being lazy. It is supposed to be easy. Our ego is what makes us think we have to work hard to get something.
Love this video, I did robotic affirmations for a couple of years and it got to the point where I drove myself crazy, I couldn't actually stop them running through my mind, and everything in my life got so bad! I became completely full of anxiety and I was scared of everything, even the things I wanted the most in life. It's taken me a good year or two to get over all the damage it caused and just watching this clip now about being stuck, and the heart and mind not being connected, I realized that my heart is still like blocking everything because it's still stuck in the fear state from trying to force everything with affirmations. For a moment I just relaxed and imagined myself having my desire and actually having it from a place of love and enjoyment and letting the idea of being that person just flow through me, rather than 'I have to have this' and I didn't feel that tension/fear
I agree with everything in the video but I’ve successfully used robotic affirmations for things I’m already neutral toward. Neutrality is key but most people do it from an egoic standpoint. Robotically affirming or just affirming in general works fine based on the individual’s mind set. I was taught you’re not affirming to convince yourself but to remind yourself. If it’s done from a place of neutrality it works; if it’s done from a place of desperation and trying to get something, it won’t. Most people robotically affirming do it from a wanting/lack mentality and that’s why they see no positive results. Robotic implies ‘no emotion’ just like a robot. However, most doing robotic affirmations are in a hyper emotional state because they think manifesting is about doing something to get something. They don’t see the bigger picture yet.
I agree with this. 👏 I think my first video on this channel and one of my posts in the Neville subreddit was about this topic of using affirmations as a reminder not as a tool to get something. I appreciate you sharing your experience!
@@TheSoulsPlaygroundOfficial for sure…I like to robotically affirm for generalized things, like how I’m seen and treated by unspecific people and it plays out nicely with compliments & free breakfast sandwiches 😂 I haven’t found success with SP types of things because of exactly what you said…slipping into some form of anxiousness or the awareness of it not physically being there yet. No one can affirm for 10 mins 3 times a day and then be in the awareness of lack & looking for signs the other 23.5 hours. Staying present, doing the meditation and essentially being in the faith requires a certain level of discipline in trust. It’s easy to lose patience without that inner calm and focus. That’s why so many people hype up the importance of self-concept & not giving linear time so much meaning.
If you are in a neutral standpoint which is more powerful than you think than you don't need robotic affirming. I affirmed once feeling neutral and I got my manifestation. Robotic affirming implies non neutrality though because if you know you have it you don't need to try to persuade yourself that you do.
@@III-mu4yn I hear what you’re saying. In Neville’s later lectures he has said he could do it once and it’ll come to pass. People that good aren’t usually watching manifestation videos though lol. Most people won’t consciously manifest that easily even though they literally manifest their whole experience that way unconsciously. I respectfully don’t feel robotic affirming implies non-neutrality. To some degree it may appear like that because so many are taking the wrong approach. Manifestation has a lot of nuances. Being neutral doesn’t necessarily mean you have to know you have it already. It means you have no resistance to whatever it is you’re trying to manifest. It’s not a need but a choice. I’m choosing that I want that experience. I still must impress it on the mind in some fashion otherwise the stand alone thought isn’t much different than a daydream. Emotionally the individual is not concerned or anxious. Real example: I had a hankering for pancakes and it was passively on my mind for over a week. ‘Oh, I could really go for some pancakes.’ It was very much a case of inadvertently robotically affirming. A student randomly brought me a MacDonald’s pancake breakfast. I certainly didn’t know I had it already. It simply wasn’t a big deal if I had it or not but I was grateful to have received it. People do need some mental discipline to manifest. Being in a neutral state will quickly lead someone to the ‘knowing’. That’s why most people trying to manifest will have an easier time understanding the concept of being emotionally neutral to a desire than getting them to believe it’s already done. The act of remaining neutral simply replicates the emotional state of knowing one is already in a state of fulfillment. It’s super impressive if one can’t jump straight to knowing it’s done but to stay in that state of knowing until it forms in the 3D is a challenge for most. Manifesting strategies aren’t a one size fits all approach and that’s where people get hung up. Whatever works for you to get to the state of fulfillment and remain there is fair game. It boils down to mind set and not the ‘next best technique’. Manifesting in and of itself isn’t hard. Reconditioning the mind to consciously do it consistently is where the effort is required. People misinterpret the concepts of ‘no effort’ ‘relax’, and ‘do nothing’. That only comes after the mind is reprogrammed and the ego mind will put up a fight during that process. Sorry for rambling 😂

Only reason i like robotic affirming is cuz it reprograms ur subconscious mind. Ur subconscious mind is what controls ur behaviors towards others n how u react towards people n events beyond ur control. Just being in the present moment is not enough to heal ur mental health. To completely transform n be a brand new person, robotic affirming helps cuz u r saying positive thoughts in direct opposition to ur current negative thoughts/beliefs that r literally controlling ur behavior to external stimuli. Being in the present moment 24/7 will not cause "neuroplasticity" of the brain to happen so u can literally cure ur mental health once n for all. Robotic affirming has so much power that u might even realize u won't even need psychiatric meds or mental health doctors/therapy anymore
We should really stop demonizing robotic
affirming. Affirmations are actually a great tool for beginners, over thinkers and whoever has a shitload of opposing thoughts. They keep you from repeating to yourself the old story, they aid you to get familiar with the new you, they are a reminder of the good and help you to focus and stay focused on what you actually want. Not everybody can “just proclaim to be god and peace out” lol
But then your misunderstanding what manifestation and spirituality is… get back to the basics bro we are God always.
@@ENTPhilosopher when you are reminding yourself that “we are God always” you are affirming! :) I get what you are saying, but these concepts CAN be hard to grasp at first and rightfully so, they go against everything we were taught our entire life. And affirming is nothing but starting thinking in our favor, reminding ourselves of the truth till we get comfortable with it. If affirming once “I am god” gets you there and frees your mind from everything, that’s remarkable and I’m happy for you man, just take in consideration that not everybody might be at the same pro level as you are :)

The practice is to 'stay looking forward' and feel the comfort and discomfort of that experience! It feels really uncomfortable. I'm doing right now and it feels frightening! Hopefully it gets simpler and comfortable.

Your entire video resonates with me so much. For few months I have been affirming like crazy only to loose to resistance. It was like a chore for me. I understand this method has worked for people but I have also noticed that many success stories are only about Sps and nothing major.But now I have returned back to my normal way of manifesting where I enjoy what I have with me right now, even if doubts creep I always try to be truthful and acknowledge my present state but also remind that I have what I want and it already exists or how neville says "be still and know that you are god". When I was robotic affirming, I would loose my shit if resistance comes and it would be so difficult to get my body to a normal state because sometimes our bodies have been through so much trauma that it became difficult to calm the nervous system. I just try to remain faithful to myself of my journey by fully understanding that everything is unfolding at the right time, and there is no delay since everything exists, NOW. Whats your opinion on it?
Robotic affirming IS meditation. Akin to "Aum, aum, aum, aum . . ."
I always hated robotic affirming. It didn't resonate with me and normally it just kept me aware I was trying to change something and that situation normally wound up getting worse. My fastest manifestations (like seconds or minutes) come from just a quick thought, imaginal scene, or just flat out declaring it and going on.

As a child robotic affirming really worked well for me so when I came accross Sammy I was like yes this is the answer that I just forgot but I have learned with this video that really what was happening back then was that as a child I lived in the present moment. It was not the affirming but the present moment living that got me my desires and the ease of affirming and letting go when I was younger. Don't let the robotic affirming cult stop you from conveying what you now know. We should always be evolving. Thanks for the remembrance!!!
I was also driven alot by robotic affirmations & self-concept man that had me on chokehold i thought until & unless I do these two things I can't manifest but now I now that I am everything & i don't need to get something I am already everything i just need to choose thats it period. I appreciate your view on this! In my personal experience, I’ve used both robotic affirming as well as just letting things be and going with the flow. I’ve manifested things both ways, but have definitely noticed the “fight” when robotic affirming. I’m to the point where I don’t robotic affirm throughout the day anymore because I was burning out from it. For me personally, I have been trying to manifest more money through robotic affirming for the past couple months and have seen no improvement, my finances have just felt pretty stagnant regardless of how much I affirmed “I have $10,000 in the bank” over and over. On the other hand, I stopped robotic affirming for my relationship and have just been going with the flow with everything, and my boyfriend has constantly been talking about marriage, engagement rings, and calling me his wife multiple times the past couple weeks without me having to specifically affirm for those things. Obviously everyone can affirm in the way they like the most but I can relate to this point of view.
I’m glad someone is finally saying this. I agree 100% with everything you said. Go straight to the present moment (seek ye first the kingdom of God) and you literally have everything you want.

See, my idea of robotic affirming is like…. Whenever any idea related to my manifestation pops in my mind, I CALMY & casually affirm like…. 3 times…. Then I move on with my day.
I naturally tap into the feeling state, fully being present.
I’ll do this randomly throughout the day, & it feels really good, honestly.
Sometimes I’ll do it back to back for a few mins when needed, but…
I just try to make the process as natural/normal as possible.
This is good! The key is definitely doing it from a place of fulfilment and if it makes YOU feel good. 🙌☺️

I went through a phase of my life years ago where everything fell apart and I couldn’t afford therapy. So instead out of desperation, I decided to read the one book someone had given me on manifestation (this was an old worn out copy of “Think & Grow Rich”).
That one book led me to read another and then another, I found Neville Goddard, read works by Joseph Murphy, Joe Dispenza, Esther Hicks, Wayne dyer, Bentinho Massaro, Michael Singer, David Hawkins.. and the list went on. Eventually I began to experience understandings of my own during mediation.. I started to write them down and create my own content, and now here we are today, years later.
Spirituality and the many teachers of it changed my life at my lowest point, I attribute everything to them, so it means so much to know I can be that person for someone else.

This is an interesting perspective. There is a channel where the person said a, for me, very important sentence when it comes to robotic aff. " The affirmations replace the thoughts you would think anyway" As someone who is very analytic, overthinking, overanalyzing the affirmations help to quite the mind and I am actually less in my thought, not more. As we create our own reality, they will work or not work for us, depending on what we believe and how we use them.
its usually the simpler answers that be the most correct. humanity's biggest problem is making things too complex. when u think of any issue, the answer is usually simple, its everyone else who makes it difficult. thanks cuz i was doing it and was like man this is kind of a cruddy way to live like why am i not allowed to just exist and get what i want? idk tho whatever works for u guys but imma trust this cuz im exhausted

What about those smaller desires I’ve had for years that haven’t manifested? They’re things I don’t really care for, just thoughts of “that would be cool to have”. I’m always living in the present moment and not thinking of them. Why haven’t they come to be yet?

Ok but they have been extremely helpful for my mental health and I have seen results. So if I get results + better mental health, im all in. I don’t think robotic affirmations are bad for everyone. I do them when falling asleep and when my mind goes off too far.
Can you elaborate on being in the present? If your situation is so bad how do you even do that? When you are in pain or constantly being messed with (even if you clear your mind) how would you live in the present if it is painful? I'm not trying to speak from a victim mindset I am genuinely curious how you can get out of that rut if you have to be "in the moment" but it is a living reminder of pain physical and mental.

One of the most potent ways to be in the moment when life is shit is to give yourself what you need the most at that point - comfort.
Sometimes affirming in that pain hurts more, so coming into a neutral state of saying "I am" while hugging yourself helps a lot. No other words, just the feeling of love and being there for yourself. This commitment you show to yourself gets reflected and rewarded by the universe consequently.

When I am sad/ something "bad" happened, I remind mysel "Just breath, it will flow away"/ the nigh allways come to an end and morning comes/ this is just the low end of a wawe, it comes to the neutral, better part too... it's ok, thank you, thank you thank you. I DO NOT try to be positiv, I just am.

A bit confusing. The mind is sneaky when it hears the word present cause it automatically thinks of the past and future next. But when you say everything is now and get rid of that present past and future lingo than your mind will start to focus more on the now. That is what has worked finally. Past pr3sent and future are the same thing and they are all simultaneaously existing now!
Also, the river in a circle and going the same speed as your desire is like the orbits of the planets, when the planets align, the jump appears.

That's a good question cos we're mostly walking about in the present before we find out about this
This is because most of us do tend to get stuck on repetitive negative thinking and attach ourselves emotionally. Think of it like swimming in the mind rather than calmly observing the mind.

❗️Sam, do you know Gregg Bradon's video of the 3x chinese practitioners who healed a patient from his cancer live✨️ ?? Why am I saying this ?!! Because in this video the healers were using Gigong techniques and during the healing session their energy / emotion amplitude got quite high in order to make the healing occur. In your video you say we have to manifest from neutrality although these 3x practitioners were manifesting it from the opposite from an extreme emotional state. I didn’t really want to ask you this Sam but a thought just came to me as you were talking about how the more you think, the slower the process to materialise the specific desire.. As if the reality you experience is based upon your beliefs and assumptions, what if you were to assume that it doesn’t matter how much you think throughout the day and tell yourself that it doesn’t affect the speed of your manifestation. If those are both true statements, would this change the meaning or make a difference to how things show up for you?

It definitely makes more sense seeing it from that perspective rather than constantly overthinking and affirming. It was just an idea that I had giving that everything is based on our inner dialogue but I suppose there has to be a healthy balance between give and take at the end of it all. 👍

Being in the present means being aware of what you are experiencing now. When you wash your hands, notice how the water feels on your hands, what does the flow of water sound like,... When you are standing, notice how your feet feel touching the ground, notice the sounds around you...Use your 5 senses to bring your attention to what you are experiencing, no matter what you are doing. You usually would be thinking about the past and future and not aware of these "trivial" things. When you bring your attention back to the now, you have less cognitive resource to think about past and future. As a result, you become more aware of the present. I hope this helps
Without being controlled by the thoughts of past and future, you're free to create.

I’ve been mentally ill because of a situation with purchasing a car that I want in full. It was here when I received some news that someone would pay for me when they provided me the bank account info for the purchase to be made. However, I began to think about the process and fixated on hurrying up and getting the purchase to proceed and finalized with the dealership sales manager, “because I’ve been tired of traveling to work via Lyft, spending extra money” I guess I started to work against the current experience of taking Lyfts? Coming into the awareness of the dislike of taking Lyfts? Thus, resisting what was present? And keeping it around? And it seemed like all of a sudden no one has been available for the transaction to be completed. Not returning my calls, and people being busy. And I kept pushing against this by continuing to call, texting, etc. So my final question would be, should I just be aware of what’s infront of me now, accept it, regardless if it’s unwanted or not and just know that the purchase for my car is complete? Hope I got this right.
I'm not an expert but if I were you, the short anwer to your question is: Yes, I'd accept the 3D as it is, knowing I already have my desire.
Don't do this from a place of desperation. Be aware when you feel like you're forcing yourself to stop "defending" yourself as 3D bullies you, in order to get your desire. As long as you still see 3D as something outside of you, it's hard to be at peace and accept.
I like the mirror metaphor. When you look at the mirror and see something you dislike, it'd be insane of you to shout at the mirror. You'd instead change yourself. And the next time you look at the mirror again, see'll see the change reflects back at you. Similarly, the 3D is a reflection of your inner world.
Be here in this present moment, where thoughts about past and future don't exist. What can you do right now? do it the best you can. That's it. Don't try to do more than what you can in the now. Don't try to do other people's job.
I highly recommend you read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. He's on UA-cam too. I think his teachings will benefit you
What about old desires? Things I wanted a few years ago, that I almost forgot about, Will they manifest? Cause they haven’t yet. Back then I didn’t know about all of this but I had very strong wishes. Just curious.

Yes! Once is enough :) You can always visualize it again whenever you’d like from a place of fulfilment IF it makes you happy to do so/feel good and is not forced.
do you ever deal with guilt or feeling like you don't deserve your desires? just from all my previous programming i view most of my desires as egoic and something that i need to let go of all together as if it's a test from god to resist rather than experience what i truly think i want in my life right now, this is one of my main limiting beliefs and i really think it's halting my progress so i would be extremely grateful if you'd share your perspective on this🙏

your messages always resonate with me but i have one question: if our higher self filters out the negative thoughts then why do we still go through bad experiences?
Any “negative” experience is usually a limiting belief we don’t know we are still holding onto in some way. It’s not meant to hurt us, but rather get us to feel or release something so we can move forward.
Sometimes experiences we deem “negative” can also be part of our path to something even better, steering us in the correct direction. This is why it’s important to trust in the bigger picture and have long term goals in mind. More broad life objectives can be helpful, like “I want to live a life of happiness and freedom” or a desire to be “abundant”. It leaves more wiggle room for things to manifest in a variety of ways.

So what you're saying is that there is no free will and everything is out of your control?
I personally think free will only exists for your higher self. After you enter this life, you just follow a plan you made for yourself. It contradicts with the idea that this life is a simulation though. Why would you create a simulation if there's no free will? Cause no free will means the result is predetermined, then no point in having a simulation.

What about drive and ambition and goal setting? For instance if I want to learn to play guitar to join a rock band one day and that is my desire how am I going to get there by letting it fall behind me? If I just live my life without focusing on it or taking actions to practice at then I am doing other things like hanging out with friends doing my errands going to parties going to dinner invites etc how is that supposed to get me to my goal?
She actually encourages taking action toward your goal. From what I understand, don't hold back your life for the desire to have that desire. Don't be obsessed. Let the thoughts fall behind you. You don't need thoughts. Awareness is all you need. When you live in the present, you stop identify with thoughts. This is my interpretation of this video, and from what I understand about Eckhart Tolle's teaching, who I think has an influence on Sam as well.

Regarding keeping your mind clear of thoughts, does anyone have a suggestion for removing an 'ear worm'? Every morning I wake up with a song stuck in my head. Lately there's a song I heard on UA-cam that's stuck in my head and can't seem to get it out.

Allow it to be there and it'll fall behind you. If you react (try to stop it, be upset because it keeps coming...), you're giving what it wants.
Think about it like a child throwing tantrum to get your attention. You give him your attention to escape the tantrum. But because he always get what he wants by throwing tantrum, the behavior keeps appearing and even increases. Once you take away your attention, the unwanted behavior will eventually decreases. Sometimes you'll see an increase at first (the behavior is testing to see if it really cannot get what it wants anymore), but if you persist on withdrawing what it wants, it WILL decreases. There is no point in throwing tantrum anymore
You don't sound like you truly understand manifestation because I've not seen people who robotically affirm be stressful.
I did. I went through exactly what she describes in this video. I came across her videos a month ago when I was in such a dark place.

A baby doesn't stress and yes, it grows as life moves thru its neutral stance.
But respectfully, robotically affirming worked after years of LOA. Sammy specifically teaches how yo do it, successfully.
It was fun manifesting what i want in 3 days. Because you're already thinking anyway. Saturating the subconscious is only achieved via repetition.

I was disappointed in you today... robotic affirmations are the best thing that has happened to me, this is what helped me to be in the moment, personally it is difficult for me to go with the flow, just meditating, I have to remind myself every time what I want. lmao.. different things work for different people. There is no 1 way to do anything, including manifestation. Some people and gurus use affirmations (Joseph Murphy), others use visualization & feeling the wish fulfilled (Joe Dispenza, Abraham Hicks, Bashar, Neville), others don't use any techniques whatsoever, just assume the state/ decide it's done and move on (Neville). All of them manifest. If you don't like the approach used in this vid take what resonates and leave what doesn't or just don't watch the vid at all instead of crying because you personally don't agree with stuff
