Years ago I used to have trouble with sleeping. Without knowing this I used to tell myself when I was in my bed „You deserve to be able to sleep.“ With this I could sleep again after years of having problems with my sleeping. Now I understand
This is what I needed to hear bc I make plans in my head and say I’m gonna do this and that later, then I don’t do it. My inner voice is always talking to me but I haven’t been listening to it….well, that’s about to change now 😊
