Or sequel more like. Revival is more like continuing after being off the air. Which is true, but this seems more like a sequel rather than continuing where the original left off. It's a whole new show and concept being that she's now an adult.
I really am happy about Lizzie not having kids.. I think when Disney did a reboot of that’s so raven .. the mistake they made is that they had Chelsea and Raven have kids and the show was now more about their kids. And for the people who grew up with raven .. it would have been better if it was about raven’s adulthood life now and not about her kids .. if that makes sense. It needs to be for the 90’s kids who are more adults along with her.!!!

noemistephanie93 I still wish that Raven’s Home was about Raven completing her work with Donna Cabana and she ventures off on her own and starts her own fashion label but then Donna becomes Raven’s frenemy, like outside of the fashion world, Donna is still a huge mentor for Raven, but at Fashion Week it’s game on. Or something like that.

Yeah I love the show but mostly I just enjoy watching Raven and Chelsea's present life together and wish the show would focus more on them than mainly on the kids.

The actor who played Matt is still active in the acting career, that’s why it is most likely that he will join the revival, unlike the actor who played Gordo, which HOPEFULLY a miracle will bring him back to acting.

START seeing things that aren't there. i know that can be a challenging way of thinking for most people, sadly. unattainable beauty standards are currently a major societal issue because of celebs/influencers/media companies/etc. many women the same age a hilary will be watching this show and comparing themselves. i hope they can use good judgement and not feel bad when they see their foreheads aren’t as smooth or teeth as perfect. anyway, i have no hate in my heart for hilary! i am a huge lizzie fan :)

It sounds like it's going to be for teens and young adults (ages 16-30s). Because she mentions it's for people who liked the original show and now she's going through her 30s and many of the viewers are going through their 30s. And by the sounds of it it's about her, and not her children. So I'm guessing the age demographic is teens to young adults.

This is so exciting now I have to get disney+. I have no words! Lizzie was And is my fave Disney channel show! I can’t wait to see her on my screen again! Love all Hilary Duff projects, seen basically all of them, wish I could of seen her in concert but got her songs, her first cd was the first cd I got on Christmas, Hilary and Lizzie have been a part of my life for so long! Love it! Definitely one of my role models!

I know some people have said this, but Thank God we're getting a focus on older Lizzie rather than her kids or something - not a lot of shows out there tap into the struggles of new adulthood, especially turning 30. It's usually about the ups and downs of teenagers and adolescents, navigating through youth culture and high school etc., which is important, but then all of a sudden as an adult you either get it or you don't. Also the fact that she's going to be single and 30 is something I'm curious to see how they explore (with the pressures of marriage, womanhood etc). I followed Lizzie through my teens and I can't wait to do it in my late 20s-early 30s again

I'm so glad this revival is going to be centred on Lizzie as an adult and not on her kids or something (unlike Boy Meets World and Girl Meets World) to try and appeal to a younger audience. Having Lizzie grow with her fans and getting to see her navigate adult live is definitely the right road to success!

Hilary Duff was my thirteen year old crush back in the day. Lizzie McGuire was brilliant and show all teens could relate too even if the main characters were girls. So glad to see a reboot coming I feel everyone back in the day loved the show and it is still talked about so much today. Hilary Duff also turned out so normal as far as I know no drugs or alcoholism or criminal acts. She is just like you or me and is certainly down to earth.
Gordo and Lizzie = Endgame. Please make it happen.

I'm 26 too. I'm very excited that Lizzie will not be a mom and is entering her 30s still trying to figure life out. Most reboots have the adults already figured out their life with kids, and even though they're interesting to watch, it's not as relatable. I'm hoping this will be different and it sounds very promising. :)

I was 11 when the show started the same age as Matt’s character. I always thought Lizzie was two years older than me (I know Hilary Duff is older in real life) but her character is turning 30 next year like I am. It’s so crazy we’re the same age. How time has flown.

The day I found out this was becoming a thing again I legit cried lol I LOOOOOVED Lizzie McGuire as a kid and is the one show I never got bored of. I love how now it's going to be her in her 30s which will be so different and I wonder how the directing will make it look like from before where it really looked like we were watching her life and experience her experience.
