The T1 version used the 105mm rifled and the T2 used the 120mm smoothbore. Cool review of unusual tank. Cheers

It's nice review. Clear film for glass is very unique and nice trial.

these early / 1st gen trumpeter kits usually have problems with tracks either being short or simply not elastic enough to wrap around the idler and sprockets. hence the reason for more than 2 male segments on the tracks, in case you have difficulty with the length of the tracks you can simply use the extended ones. of course then you'd have to hide em behind the sideskirts.

Ahh makes sense. Thank you for the information. I will be sure to keep it in mind for the next trumpeter review.

Brazilian tank? New one on me . Do it fire footballs
This Could have been fighting in the 1st gulf war? I highly doubt it would have stood a chance against a Abrams ..... and if it meet a challenger it definitely wouldn't even if it got a shot off first. Mantlet looks like shot trap alley 50/50 chance of a richochet into the hull 🙄. Luckily Brazil is more interested in the World Cup than world domination...
    Cheers mate interesting indeed.

hahahaha footballs! thats a new combat tech idea lol. Sorry I may not have been clear. The contract for sale was cancelled due to the first gulf war. I believe the customer (UAE i think), didn't want to wait for development for production etc so purchased something else.

The Osório proved to be superior to the Abrams in every test performed by the saudis, also, you are biased AF.

It actually proved to be better than an abrams during the Saudi trials , the gulf war and background agreements caused it to loose and without the export profit the Brazilians didn't have enough money to produce it for their own.

"highly accurate"... nop, unfortunately the model is quite innacurate. Welp, we have no choice, there are only two kits for it: this trumpeter one and a korean brand I don't remember, and the trumpeter kit is basically a copy of the other one.
