  • The Zasadený house is a family residence located in the mountains of central Slovakia, on a hill above Banská Bystrica. Designed to harmoniously integrate with the natural landscape, the house features a horizontal form with large windows facing a terrace and a pine forest. It stands out for its use of natural materials such as exposed concrete, raw stainless steel, and untreated wood, which age gracefully over time. The green roof merges with the surrounding terrain, while a large skylight brings variable light into the interior. With a single-story layout, the residence offers privacy and a visual connection with nature from all living spaces. Additionally, the practical design ensures convenience and easy maintenance.
