Not to mention that these two are real couple and this is like their closure on their break up that’s why their messages to each other on the MV were so real
the actors who did this MV was a real couple before but they broke up in 2019. and i think we can say that this is the closure that they need, because their break was a mess, a 3rd party rumor was included. The girl was hated and bashed by a lot of people on social media, but the guy didn't get to protect her.
That's why the words they've said are real. It was said that it's unscripted.
that's tough stuff - - - real feelings out there as they were in a relationship and broke off - as what we've been informed - - - that was the time for their closure...
The tiny flashbacks in the MV were real memories back when they were together.
according to the actor who played the priest, when they are going to shoot the last scene'which is the girl apologizing'the director ask almost all of the crew to go outside the venue leaving only the director, the two actor(josh and julia) and the camera man, the director instructed the two to just say whatever they want to each other genuinely since they didn't have a proper closure in real life when they broke up.There's no script to be memorized there and all of the lines was adlibs.I think the reason why it hits so hard because we can feel the pain of this two,they are not acting,they are broadcasting their own life using this music video.
I cried watching this. It made me sad but relieved that at last they had this closure. To those who know their love story like me believed what they said and expressed during the later part were true and came from their hearts. Forgiveness and letting go will somehow unload all the burdens and pains they are still carrying in their hearts.

i Watched this many times but im still got teary eyes while watching this reaction. i think we felt this so hard because their cry is so real and the break up closure is real.
