I think it looks really neat and solid. I'm going to build one but it has to be flexible because it has to accommodate uneven ground on a hill. We'll see. LOL.
my idea would be to get 2 foot length rebar. drive that into the ground half way, then place each of the EMT pipes (on the ends) over the rebar like a sleeve. That way I'm not worried about the bottom sled assembly.
We ordered the pipe bender from a greenhouse supply store. If you REALLY want to do it on a budget, there are some UA-cam videos out there that will show you how to make you learn own. On top of that, just the cost of the conduit, which a year ago was far less expensive than it likely is now.
I know it’s been a year but just thought I would comment- I think if you measure where you want your hoops- pre mark/drill before you start putting them together- your straight pipe can be drilled laying on your table or ground for stability. Great video tho
I'm going to make this today!! Nice video.

Having a product list of things to buy would be really helpful!
It is at the end
I'm thinking cattle panels would be alot easier maybe not sure on cost though
I'm wanting to do this around our garden , was it expensive to make ?

Thinking about building another one so we will definitely give it a try. Thanks!
That tunnel is big enough for a calf.
....but made for a chicken!
Wouldnt it have been easier. To mark where the connections were and flatten with a hammer.
