The show does draw some criticisms, mostly from the more conservative and religious folks, but in general people either like the show or ignore it. Basically every character is designed to be a hyperbolic cliche or stereotype and uses that to build funny stories that often expose how ridiculous those stereotypes are for all but those people who actually embody them.
So maybe 7 out of the about 25 jokes could be classified as Dark Humor in this compilation. So many pepole that make these compilation videos just do not know what Dark Humor even means. lol

All in the Family did basically the same thing back in the 70's. Brought up very touchy situations and was brilliant in how it was handled.
