I have been screen grabbing and keeping tabs on things people have told me about this whole ordeal. I checked Reddit posts. It's definitely an ongoing issue dating back years. I will be making another video exposing her. She's clearly a bad player in the planner community and I hate that people are being treated like this! Let's say for arguments sake the postal service did shut down for 2 weeks like she claims (which no one believes! but let's just say it did), she still chose EVERY WRONG POSSIBLE STEP after that anyway... didn't notify customers, didn't try to get in touch with any postal entity, was defensive, wasn't apologetic, completely played the victim, didn't offer to send out replacements immediately after she thought the packages had gone missing... it just doesn't add up to me. It makes my blood boil when companies act a fool like this. I am over her little games. I guess we can now assume that her "apology" she wrote on Just Scribble's video was a complete lie too.

Thank you for deciding to share! I just wish I’d seen this sooner. I pre-ordered the 2025 in June and encouraged my planner friends to do the same, this certainly puts me on edge. 😬😳😨
Hopefully they will be able to handle the pre-order since they know that influx of orders is coming. Crossing my fingers for you that everything goes smoothly!
I'm so glad I came across your video. I was just about to put in an order for her 2025 planner, but I had some questions. I emailed her... no response. I came across her IG page and left a comment on one of her posts with a different question pertaining to the new planner... again, no response. Such a shame she won't have my business this year, since she has a great layout idea, but I'm not risking my hard earned money on a business that will not treat their potential and actual customers properly.
Gah, that is SO frustrating to have a company not respond at all. Sorry you had that experience with them. You would think they would answer back so they could make the sales, but I guess they can't be bothered. I just don't understand having zero customer service when there are 100s of great planner companies out there. That's kind of the response I feared so I didn't want to promote them and send people their way only for folks to be really disappointed.
I did preorder the A5 2025 planner, but may not even get one if the minimum order isn't reached. I also brought up an issue and the response has left me a bit perplexed. I want to try the planner this year, but probably not again next year. If I don't get my pre-order than definitely going to Sterling Ink.
I love the layout for her A5 and wanted to purchase it over sterling ink since it had both horizontal and vertical weeks which is exactly what I wanted but after seeing this. Ill be ordering from Sterling Ink instead.
I hope that their pre-orders go more smoothly than their everyday shipping. But you totally can't go wrong with Sterling Ink. I have purchased from Catherine since the very beginning of her planners & I've always had AMAZING customer service.

@@tiffanykorb6704 hmmm! 💡💡
Oh no, I just placed two orders with them today and just saw your video now! I hope I get lucky. Thank you for being honest. I think delays are often perfectly understandable but zero communication is NEVER acceptable. If they had emailed you an apology and an explanation and kept you posted on the delay, that would have been a completely different story.
I hope that your order goes smoothly. I think with a pre-order they should be able to communicate and ship better!
@@SamisSweetLifeand . . . It’s now been 5 weeks and no active tracking and no response to emails. I had placed two separate orders, one for the preorder and one for a mix of stickers and the 2024 weeks planner, because I didn’t want the preorder to hold up the 2024 shipment. Now there’s just over 3 months left of 2024 and still no word of when (or if) they will mail the 2024 planner, and no response to emails nor to my inquiries on Facebook. Such a shame, because they look like such great planners! If they have personal issues going on, they need to shut the store down and not keep taking orders if they can’t fill them. The total lack of communication is what really annoys me.
@@AuntieAlexandra I am so sorry I didn't see this response. I REALLY hope you've received your order by now seeing as how this comment is 3 weeks old. Please tell me you got your planners finally!! I totally agree with you, the lack of communication is just unacceptable! The other planner companies have amazing customer service. There is no excuse.
@@SamisSweetLife nope. I got an email 3 days ago saying that there had been a glitch and she didn’t see my order until now, and asking if I wanted to cancel the order. I said for her to ahead and send it anyway, haven’t heard anything since but TBD! I have a separate order where I paid separate shipping just for the 2025 planner, so I said she could throw the 2024 in with the 2025. It’s all kind of bananas.
Ugh that's so frustrating! I really hope you get your planners!
The same customer service happened to me on a small Disney shop. They were so inconsiderate and only shipped the item when I complained on a public post on Instagram. They didn’t reply to my several emails or Instagram messages… only responded to my public post
Sorry that happened to you It's just really bad customer service in the day and age of Amazon Prime, a 20 business day processing time on a ready made, dated product is mind boggling to me. I tried to be really nice about it in my video. I am glad you took your complaint to social media and they finally got your items to you.
@@SamisSweetLife thank you! I will prob not order twines either based on your experience
@@SamisSweetLife Sami, Amazon Prime is even doing this now--I spent most of Sunday evening dealing with them. It's really pervasive anymore.
