I think the funniest part about this is that if Optimus Prime sees them again, he won't be mad, he won't hold grudges, he'd probably treat them like old friends, reminiscing about how they used to make fun of them. Considering he's been leading the fight against the Decepticons for millions of years, he's a full-on War-Veteran. And I think he'd be glad to see a familiar face, be they friend or bully.
If anything, I'd say he'd be glad (and surprised) to know that they've survived after so many eons. (Of course I think that'd probably depend on what Orion/Optimus version we're talking about)
