According to the Jewish Encyclopedia, for legal purposes, the one designated as one's agent (called "shaliach"), is effectively the one who who sent the agent. So even if the Word is effectively the One who sent him by virtue of the authorities vested in him, this would not have anything yo do with substance or nature, which Trinitatiam dogma claims is the same in the Father, Son and Spirit. The Bible is totally silent on the substance of the Father, Son and Spirit, except for saying that the Father is "spirit". So nobody has any authority to declare as binding creed that Father, Son and Spirit have the same substance, since substance is not even important except to know that the Father is spirit.
