Great staff there! Michael is certainly a joy to talk with, always smiling! I definitely mosey through there a few times a year and leave myself at least an hour to walk through. 👍🤩👍

Another great stop. Very nice trees. U didnt think u were coming home with a tree😂 hope u got the wife something nice😂. I just picked up a hinoki cypress clump style yest. Im fiending to get this thing wired. Im pretty sure i just had my larch tree die and have no idea why. Had it in the shed last winter im in n.y. and this year it got cold here one night in sept and the tree looked like it went dormant next thing i kno no green cambium😢. Not sure if it was diseased or could it be that it didnt get cold enough from being in the shed idk. Not sure that would cause it to die though. Now im on the hunt to find another larch. Next year bill valvanis says hes doing the national exhibition i really hope i can make it again its really something to see.
@@bonsai_life_style our club has done a little of that, but we don’t have enough trees on hand to let them choose any tree. With a nursery as big as BW, they can really offer that.

@@Chris-oq6kn I hope to be there too! Not sure why your larch died. That’s a bummer. Many think we don’t let them get cold enough.
But that's normal when people come to me for classes they can take whatever verity tree they want .
