Thanks For The Video Sir. But Isn't It Smart To Wait For the Breakout Candle To Close. Cause Price Might Break And Come down By Making Wick Upside Right, So Waiting For candle to Close give More Confirmation Right?
Been using this stop loss limit feature on binance for my high accuracy leveraged crypto scalps😎
Many times I have used gtt buy orders for my trades but most of the time it triggers but did not execute & for that reason I have missed many of my trades.. then I accidentally thought of sl for entering my trade & yes it worked, then I applied this technique for my trades & every time it executes my order.. but every time there's a doubt in my mind that is there any consequences by applying this trick!?? & Thank you for clearing my doubt about it.. 👍
This channel is most underrated, also effects will be seen as slow poision in reverse side, i.e. you only will benefit after 6 months or an year of rigorous following.. Good way of teaching as usual, although this is content is known to many, VRD is truly useful if watched all previous videos

How is it different from using simple limit long order ?
I mean we can achieve same with limit order
limit order executes at best price. let your limit order is at 100, if any seller willing to offer at 96. then limit order executes at 96 but not at 100.
can we use GTT orders for this same purpose and GTT orders will also last long in comparison to STOP Loss limit order?

If yes, then what is the difference between these two?
In Limit Order there's a possibility that the Order never gets executed as the execution of the Order is 'limited' to the figure punched in. Whereas in SL Order, it can be executed at a price thereabouts the Trigger Price set.
This solves a big problem of mine.. But I want to know if we put orders for both long and short.. so in case long order gets executed and it doesn't go as we planned so the next order which is in short position will act as stop loss for current long.. Is that possible ????

I'm a new trader. You are my eye opener. I've been scratching my head for a month. Thanks a lot. That cleared my confusion in Zerodha. But still having some final doubts in this topic. 1. Why the name "STOP LOSS" for buying? Why not something else? That created the confusion in the first place. 2. Is there a way to put real Stop loss while taking a position itself without a need to create a GTT afterwards? 3. Is this the same in all other brokers? Any input will be useful.

Nifty was trending and day before yesterday (17.01.2022) Nifty was choppy there was no directional move.
On this my question is how do we can know that today market will be trending or choppy as we come to know only after event has already happened.If you can guide us or can give some hack ,tool , through your experience So that we can make good amount of money sometimes through less investment by positional or intra day as the case may be.Please help retail investor like us to build some capital so that we can take opportunities for delivery basis stock.

@VRDNation How come the price of limit order executed immediately ? Its LIMIT order and not the Market order and it should execute only when the price touch limit price .. isnt it? Please give clarity as its bit confusing now..

Hi Sir, I guess now the SL-M option is getting blocked by Zerodha. Its on the SL option we have to use. Is there any reason for them to do that, As I was thing if are defining a SL its a good approach, Not sure why they are blocking it.?

Good Video. Also note that break through could happen in opposite direction and there is reason why your tech analysis showing sign of break through pattern, also stop-loss should never be based on price movement it should be based on your tech analysis, remember professional trader knows most likely stop loss position on price then they snap your order and start moving upward afterwards.

What is the defference in between SLM order and Limit order?
SL Limit Order is what price(Limit) to execute the order when triggered, where as SLM is when it is triggered , it executes the order at market price.
SLL = The Specific Price On Which You Want To Cut The Trade. Eg: Entry 100 & SLL 97 So When The Price Will Hit 97 Mark Your Position Will Be Closed With The Loss Of 3Rs Per Share.
SLM= The Broker Will Cut Your Trade On Which Ever Price The Brokers Get In The Market
Eg:- 100 Rs Entry SLM Will Be 99,98,97,96,95 & So On Or So Forth SLM Solely Depends On The Buyers In Short Position & Sellers In Long Position If They're Will To Pay 95 Then Your Loss Will Be 5Rs Per Share & If 99 Then 1rs On Per Share It Really Depends On The Market Participants You Have No Say In It..

But stop loss limit orders helps you put limit buy orders at higher prices tha CMP

@@VRDNation The Limit order will execute only when the limit order price triggers (As per ur example 106) not at the better price by the exchange... What in case if trigger price touches the order price and fall again in market volatility, then how stop loss work in this case, pls explain....
