    Other than maybe the Petty Blue #43 or the black #3, the Wood Brothers #21 Ford/Mercury is maybe the most recognizeable car in NASCAR history

    Southern Born and Southern Bred.
    A true Southerner is sentimental and loves tradition.
    This puts our ways in a great spot.

    Only been to 1 NASCAR race,my friend & i drove from In to Mi in 76,watched David Pearson in that boss 429 Mercury win it for the Wood Brothers,every once in awhile David would throw up his hand & wave back at us b4 going into turn 1,memories I'll cherish the rest of my life!!! Bless all the Wood clan,still pull for you!!!
