I have chronic Lyme disease and honestly I’m super happy that a well known person even said anything about it. Lyme needs so much attention brought to how horrible it is so I’ll take it.
taylor olsen - Lyme can be cured naturally. my brother in law had lyme disease. the doctor he consulted with (over the phone) gave him an all natural regimen to follow and it cured him. no antibiotics, no drugs no side effects. it is very possible to cure it. the problem is doctors are not taught to cure it, because there is no money in a cure. once cured no more money for them.
I'm sorry. I saw a bulls eye on my stomach at 20 in 2014 and got the antibiotics within 2 months do I'm good now but that doesn't appear 100% of the time. I gotta make sure to check for ticks from Now on.

Wolfram Stahl yeah my whole family suffered from Lyme for years. It's a terrible epidemic that is barely taken seriously and most doctors are completely misinformed and think 30 days of an antibiotic are enough. More research and awareness is desperately needed.
Yeah, it's a massive problem. I suffered from it pretty badly, by now I'm leading a self-help group and reading every science paper I can find about it.
More awareness is needed.
I have high hopes in the recently established HHS working group on tick borne diseases in that regard. I hope they keep up their progress.

Lyme disease may leave you alive, but with ALS, MS, ALZHEIMER, PARKINSON, MYOSITIS, POTS. You have no real life left. With $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$s galore you may do OK, but without much real life left.
You should get it tested, and give the results on a later show.

Wow, they really nailed that close-up of the tick: you could even see it was stuck on its back XD that was REVOLTING, Dave!! And right inside his wheelhouse.
I like the "Tomorrow Show" idea, but Letterman is such a force for starting the "Late Night" name that even Seth forgot about the existence of the Tomorrow Show...it was a very different type of show, too. I think it's more appropriate to call it "The Daily Show with Seth Meyers" imho ;-)
How nice of Mr. Letterman, and how nice for you, Seth Meyers. I really appreciate your show. I particularly love that you push forward some of your writers - women!!! I love the segment about jokes that Seth can't tell. My favorite bit is seeing all of you smile together. I don't know why. I just do.
So here's the thing... I grew up on a farm. I lived in Boston for some 20 years and dated a certain kind of ... trustee/donor type oe person. I moved back to the farm to take care of my mother when she was ill (dying), and my father signed over the farm to me. I'm rebuilding the farm and looking after my crazy, wonderful character of a father who is 88 years old. Haha! Keep your celebrities. I have him. More than enough.
I finally decided that if I'm here, then I might as well dig in and make the farm a farm again. It's exhausting. I don't have the cash to pay people, and so I've learned to do things like run a chainsaw. Fix things. Build things. Use scary power tools.
The worst, though, was thinking that if I have "farm animals" and come from a farm, I wouldn't find a nice person who might become my partner in life. I don't think it's going to be easy, but at least I think it's possible.
Best wishes to you, your brave wife, and your family. Your co-workers / staff, too. Whatever you call the other talented people who make your show possible. I'm grateful to all of you.

For the love of god, Seth, get Dave's permission to use the old Late Night Pea Boy character on your show. The first night that kid dressed as a pea came running out in to the audience tossing frozen peas everywhere I knew I was going to be a fan of Letterman's for life.
